Review Summary
Here's a summary of the most recent reviews on The Pet Community
Petbarn Robina garners high praise for its exceptional staff who are noted for their friendliness, knowledge, and helpfulness. Many customers highlight their positive experiences with the store's grooming salon, lauding the team's patience and understanding, particularly with anxious pets. The staff's dedication extends to going the extra mile, such as carrying heavy items to customer's cars and double-checking click and collect orders. Customers also appreciate the wide range of products available and the competitive pricing, especially for regular purchases. However, there were a few instances of disappointment, notably regarding store closing times and a negative grooming experience. Overall, Petbarn Robina is a favourite for many pet owners thanks to its excellent customer service and comprehensive pet supplies.

The girls in the Grooming Salon are so kind and always so accepting and understanding of our dog. Our dear Rosie pooch is the most adorable Bullmastiff X Sharpei – she gets anxiety etc, and the girls are not detered by her size, you can tell they love what they do and they dont make me feel like my treaured Rosie is not welcome. They do a great job of her nails too- i actually only go to Petbarn becuase of the Saturday grooming salon gals 🙂 Even though all of the staff are always so helpful and kind.

Sales Assistant was extremely pleasant, helpful and patient. I often visit Petbarn Robina and am always very satisfied with my visit. And I visited again on 24 October and once again it was a very pleasant experience. Thomas assisted me and he was so pleasant, friendly and helpful, all the staff always carry heavy items to my car, we are fortunate to have a great Petbarn in Robina.

Great store, always available, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff, great specials and every day prices.
But beyond that, did a click and collect and the staff member double checked the order, realised the dog food was wrong and replaced it. How good is that! We wouldn’t have noticed until we went to open it this week, and have had the hassel of having to return, and unhappy puppies!!
Highly recommend these guys, I remember when they opened and they were spot on, and now they just keep going from strength to strength.
