I had to take a joey to be euthanased due to deformed hips. It was devastating after being it’s ‘mum’ for nine months. Female vet with straight black hair just took my joey, pointed at the door, and said “you can find your own way out”. Wouldn’t let me be with him, the only person he knew, had zero sympathy, and it’s still upsetting to think about. Her attitude sucks and she shouldn’t be allowed to deal with animals or members of the public, Absolutely disgusting disgraceful woman!!!

Had to take 6 pups to get vaccinated this morning, and with 2 young children in tow, this wasn’t going to be easy. Thanks to the lovely staff it was easy! Thank you for reading stories and colouring in with my boys while I was with the pups! I cannot thank you enough! Amazing 🤗👍

Wow what can I say!
Helpful ReviewI called half an hour out from this vets, to obtain an urgent consult. We were travelling through and our fur baby was poorly.
The staff were so helpful and advised we would be seen.
Only waited 2 minutes before we were seen by the vet.
Great friendly service by all within this practice.
Would definitely recommend.

Greg is definitely one of the best vets I’ve dealt with. He is understanding, doesn’t dismiss the owners concerns and will try almost anything. He is also an incredible wildlife vet, which is a very rare trait amongst aussie vets!!

Dr Maya completed a very thorough examination on both of our dogs, explained what she was checking for and what she found and recommended, in language that was easy to understated, using clever analogies to support her explanations. She was very friendly and competent. She made us and our dogs feel welcome and comfortable. Our dogs loved her, offering her lots of kisses and tail wags. Thank you, Dr Maya! 🙂
