really disappointed in this store, no help to get what we needed showing stock available, girl wouldn’t look out the back , store was a mess, they should take a leaf out of Thorntons book as we end up driving down there to get what we needed, really disappointing

I bring my dog here regularly for a nail trim. The grooming staff are lovely and excellent with dogs. The store is quite large with good parking at the door, off the street. They are well stocked with plenty of variety for the majority of pets, in luding freshwater, tropical and saltwater fish, tanks and all the accessories. Loads of things for dogs, cats, birds, small animals such as rabbits, guinea pigs and rodents and reptiles. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Check out their website. I have no reservations recommending this business.

I was from out of town, killing time while my wife was in wine country, so I drove deliberately to this place to see what was up.
Pretty impressed with the aquarium side of this store (I didn’t check anything else out). Had both marine and freshwater, a few display tanks, a wall of livestock, a number of tanks to purchase and a -stack- of accessories.
I was asked by no fewer than three staff members if I needed help, even asked by a staff member how many tanks I had and what I kept. Of course, as an introvert I promptly imploded, got out a sentence and quietly slipped away – but I was impressed at the attempt to customise her service. Gold Star🌟
Prices were good, no gouging going on here. Store was clean, staff were great, parking was easy. Keep doing what you do!

Little Grew
The manager Leia and all the staff are so happy and kind towards me, my children and my dog. They are knowledgeable and always have very handy tips and processes to take home to manage my dogs needs or issues. Prices are affordable and their smiles and love for my dog always brings me back!!!

The store offers a great range of products at competitive prices. They offer a diy dog washing service which is straight forward, used it recently only wished there was a sign letting you know towels are at the front desk to avoid wasting time like we did.
All of the staff we’ve encountered over our visits have been friendly and have different knowledge levels but they try their best.
1 issue we encounter often is not everything will always have a price tag and hence 4 stars as it can cause a big inconvenience when all staff are busy.

This place is just AMAZING!! Just got a beautiful new puppy and it was sooo hard to get in for a bath and groom. 6 week wait some places. Pet quarters Rutherford are awesome. Crystal the groomer is totally Cool, caring, professional and so good with my beautiful puppy Freya. The other staff there were great too.

Went for the fantastic sales advertised and took our elderly dog, very limited high price items on 20% sale and no incentives for pets. Was a fizzer sale weekend….. but a good variety of items in-store, but a bit pricey

Fantastic staff, who are only too happy to help you with either a simple question or moving heavy stock, they have everything you need for all your pets, love going here & so does my dog, also have an easy to use & not pricey bath & blow dry 🙂

Excellent service. Prices are a lot cheaper than Petbarn. Big thank you to Leah for her help and knowledge. We had a lot of questions about setting up a tropical fish tank and Leah was amazing in helping us get it set up. Staff are awesome. Keep up the great customer service. It is greatly appreciated.
