A great experience after we had to contact the team after-hours on a long weekend holiday.
Our dog had been bitten by a snake, and Kate and the team were great at dealing with our situation, fantastic communicators explaining step-by-step what was occuring, and what the expect in the after care.
Super generous with their time, upfront about costs, and very caring staff. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Extremely unprofessional service from management.
Helpful ReviewThe personal experience upon taking our injured animal there is management is more about personal indifference and there take on the size of your wallet rather than saving or care and comfort of the animal. After being told they could do nothing for the animal and that their equipment was not working as it should. The vet demanded the animal be put down.Subsequently we took the animal to another vet who performed successful surgery and recovered the much loved pet.

Our dearly loved old dog needed urgent attention as his little body was shutting down, the practice team were caring, sensitive and understanding of what we were experiencing and this made the dreadful experience of losing our beloved boy bearable. The whole team were so professional and aloud us as much time with him as possible to say goodbye. They were marvellous.

Dont recommend taking any loved pet here unless it is emergency… our very lovely family dog got biten by a snake and we had to ruch her to scottsdale for help she was seen by colleen and as she brought our dog in she hit her head on the brick wall then refused us entry instead of communicating with us who was outside she was calling a different family member and said she needed to be put down didn’t give us a chance to say goodbye even tho we outside and wanted to!

We adopted a very weak and poorly kitten we called Snowflake. We only had him a little over a week and we loved him so very much. Sadly at 4am this morning he was very very poorly and had to be put to sleep…The vet was amazing especially with us being so upset….Nevertheless thank you from our hearts Dr Liam Ockerby for all you tried to save the little one.x
