They are the worst vets I have ever experienced. Our dog was basically killed by them. Long storey. He was only four. If they were the last vet available I wouldn’t go there. Do yourself a favour dont use them or Findon. Same owner. There response is also incorrect our dog was registered in my name but booked in by my partner. They cant even get that right. Anyway it’s done now.

The only record of you visiting ANY vet clinic in the area was in 2009 when your dog was four, as you stated, and had a vaccination at another clinic near by. There was apparently no issue but you were never seen again. You have NEVER been seen at Findon or Seaton. THIS is NOT appropriate and I have a very hard time wondering why you post something SO abhorrent. Our staff LOVE and DEVOTE their lives to the care of animals and have to put up with a LOT of horrible people to achieve this. Your post is disgusting and inhumane!

I found a tumour on my dogs gum, got an appointment for the next day for a consult and had the surgery done that week. Was a huge relief and they put my mind at ease and made the whole experience as stress free and easy as possible. I felt good knowing my dog was well looked after by the beautiful staff and ease of location, parking and the centre it’s self

I had been going to this vet for 9yrs with my pet dog until recently when I took her for a dental clean and check up (self initiated due to dogs smelly breath) to which she needed 9 teeth removed and I was charged a whopping $1800 I was quoted $550-$850 only 6mths earlier and despite anything else never given proper information regarding dental disease and what stage my dog was potentially at, never in the 9yrs of health checks was I advised to have her teeth cleaned or attended to despite asking every year at her health checks if her teeth needed cleaning. I was repeatedly told they were fine it’s totally unacceptable advice I feel this vet was extremely happy to take my money and not provide the care I had paid for. Even after the said dental procedure upon her weekly check up and paying the above amount I was sent home with syringes and told to clean out the holes myself. I have also had both of my dogs ACLs done at this vet at a cost of $3000 each side like I said happy to take my money but not provide proper advice or education even when it’s specifically been asked for. As for my anger directed to staff at the time I didn’t swear I asked for a manager repeatedly and was given excuse after excuse as a paying customer that’s not what I was asking for so if staff were upset guess what so was I and it’s not acceptable from a business to treat customers so poorly my dog could have avoided having so many teeth out if proper care and advice was given at a yearly check up!!

These vets are amazing! I was able to make an appointment for my very sick bird within hours of calling. The price we paid was beyond reasonable and the vet we dealt with was so lovely and genuinely cared about our birds and us as well! We are so lucky to finally find a great vet that can treat all of our pets. Can’t recommend this place enough!

In general have been happy..but when it came time to say goodbye to our beloved 18 yr old Labrador, was less than impressed. Left lying on a cold floor with shaved leg hair all around him and no comfort for our bruce..he been here a long long time, and deserved better than to go out on a cold floor, with mess from needles etc lying on the floor next to him. Also not allowed to carry the loyal best friend I had out of the room where he lay..

Great to hear … we only run behind if we have an emergency race in – to which we ALWAYS give priority! However, we actually have additional staff to even then take care of such cases and minimise any waiting of our other pets and their owners! Cheers

It was heartbreaking for me to know that my 20 year old rescued lorikeet was unwell. Living in the southern area, I was unable to find an avian vet. They say that all vets can look after birds, however being a very qualified nurse, I know too well that we are experts in what we deal with constantly. Taking Polly to this vet clinic was the best decision I’ve made . Samantha, the vet knew exactly what I was describing, laying out options and she was smack on! I can not thank her and the wonderful vet nurses enough, for their understanding and empathy. Polly has managed to survive so much, including a leg removed by a rat! Since then (11years ago) she has continued to thrive and interact with a lot of wildlife we have around our home. Knowing that she was unwell, it was comforting to know that I sought the assessment from a vet who understood and knew exactly what to do to diagnose the problem and or eliminate factors. Unfortunately, the best decision was to euthanize, but knowing my girl is no longer suffering…. well that’s GOLD for me and the utmost respect and appreciation for a wonderful vet clinic. Happy new year to a very special group of people. You should be so proud as you are a very valuable asset to our community for the exceptional work you do ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Very friendly, helpful staff. Vets are professional and down to earth. Prices are reasonable, and charges are only for treatment, not for consultation. Puppy socials on Saturday mornings were wonderful for our pup. Make sure you contact them ahead of getting your puppy – we were unable to sign up for puppy obedience classes because intakes are only once a month.
