Cashier was very helpful. She told me the best product to use for my dog after his surgery. She did not guide me to the most expensive items, she told me what would work best. She said I could return it if it doesn’t work.

I’ve been taking my Bentley here for grooming since I got him at 4 months. We love Cindy, she hears what I want & love her suggestions on what she thinks would look very cute on Bentley. I had Cindy for his first appointment but his second she was book so we went with another groomer which was a mistake I did not like that she shaved Bentley because she “thought it looked better” without even asking me & I made it very what number I wanted. I was beyond upset. After that I only go to Cindy! Here are some of Bentley photos from 4 months to now!

Last time I’ll shop at petsmart! I had a 10% off from another pet store. The employee wouldn’t take it because it wasn’t printed out! That is ridiculous! Nothing is on paper anymore! All my discounts for any store are either online or through email.

I never had any issues or complaints regarding a groom at this location… the grooming salon team has always done exceptionally well in making my pups haircut beautiful… I’ll have to say I regret ever booking with Daniel.. his reviews here made him sound exceptional. I might’ve gotten him in a bad day but that doesn’t change the fact that my dogs coat wasn’t even brushed or even groomed. Me and Daniel discussed my concerns and what I wanted with my pups haircut. He made it seem like he understood me with a yea I got you, you won’t be disappointed with a smile and everything. I certainly regret it my pups haircut looks hideous!!!… he took 4 hours grooming my dog supposedly and noting was done well, I’m very un happy and will be bringing this up to corporate because I didn’t pay $90-100 for noting.

I went there to buy some fish. I was in front of the aquariums for awhile waiting for someone to help. But the employees we’re to busy talking to each other in an isle and walked right past me didn’t t offer to see if I needed anything so I left. I will not be returning

DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE TO BE GROOMED!!! We booked an appointment with Larissa. They clearly didn’t even TRY to brush her ears or tail out AT ALL because the rest of her body is soft and isn’t shaved down as much!! They also didn’t even care to contact us to let us know OR ASK if they could shave her tail! It was a beautiful feathered tail & now she has a RAT TAIL!! Every other groomer we have been to in the past (including a different PetSmart location!!!) has had NO problem brushing out her tail even if it was a “little matted”; which is what they told my husband when he dropped her off, “her tail is a little matted”. Her tail was beautiful before and now who knows if it will grow back the same! For $140 I would expect A LOT more effort than this!!

I like looking at all the dog food ingredients reminds me about the time I used to work for pet supplies plus. I left because I was being overworked and over used. The management team there didn’t care about me and I even worked when I had the flu vomiting everywhere. Wanted to sue them all but I know they have special lawyers and still no security camera, which means no evidence.

WORST experience I’ve ever had with a grooming location. The team is mediocre. I had to reschedule my dogs appointment due to them not reading the notes I submitted days in advance. They didn’t let me know they couldn’t see my dog until I got there after I reiterated her medical conditions- they should’ve already been aware per the notes they asked me to fill out days prior but Nick was shocked when I told him. They didn’t call to confirm the appointment that I had to reschedule because of their lack of attention. When we took my dog to her now rescheduled appointment, they said we have to wait an hour because the groomer that cuts hair wasn’t there yet. We wish they would’ve called a day before or even two hours before we arrived so that we knew that her appointment needed to be pushed back an hour. Honestly it’s so disappointing. They don’t care about your time and who knows how much they care about your pet. Will never be stepping foot at this location again. Total waste of time.
