Absolutely horrible customer service, refused to sell me a plecostamus fish smaller than the size of my finger because “they can need up to a 50 gallon tank”. We advised her we are upgrading tanks now and again soon as we will be adding more fish to the aquarium. Still refused to even speak to me about that specific fish and tried to start telling me about a snail I was not at all interested in.

this place is relatively good, and the staff is friendly and helpful. however, they have a few dead fish sitting in the tanks, floating around. im not sure that it’s the best environment. maybe they just haven’t had the time to get them out.
