I had an excellent experience here. I almost never go to a pet store and had no idea what to do. I’ve never had a pet in my life and I promised my daughter to get her a fish tank and a fish for her birthday. So we watch some videos on YouTube and then we came to Petsmart to learn more about the whole process. The sales associate, her name was Parker, she was outstanding and super helpful and spent a lot of time with us and explained what type of fish would be good for us how much space they would need what kind of fish tank to buy and she helped us pick all the accessories as well. We are now at the point where we’ve set up everything and need to go back to Petsmart and test the water and then by the fish which is very exciting. I’m gonna make sure we go back when Parker is there so she can help us. Pic of our fish task attached 🙂 not too shabby!
