Extremely easy to park for anyone. Staff were fantastic and patient, Vets explained everything I needed to know. Charges are reasonable in comparison to other places. My pups got a good and gentle experience with there first visit. Definitely going back there from now on.

Visited the vet for vaccination and check up of our rescue kitten. Very happy with the service and veterinary care. We were also able to purchase fresh pet food for our cats and dogs. Food was impressive and meaty. Will be back!!

You’ll probably call me impressionable.
I was impressed.
On Sunday I found my cat unwell. I could obviously wait till Monday to bring him to the doctor, but some symptoms were strange for me, so I decided not to postpone it.
As it was Sunday, the majority vet clinics were closed, I googled, found one and picked it just because it was open.
On arriving, I paid attention to the pictures on the wall of the foyer. They all were A4 size with animals chomping meat. Unusual for decorating the entry area.
I, a new customer, was given that commercial materials saying how good it was for pets to eat (rip & chew) a raw meat. Five pages. I was waiting to be called and started reading. Found a bit annoying the fact I just arrived there the first time, with a sick pet, and was given ads straight away.
I was given enough time to read everything before I was called B-)
Doctor Lonsdale examined the cat and said he was very bad because he ate normally dry food & cans. I said, he had been eating it since he was born, but got sick only one day before we came to the doctor. (The cat was 4 y.o).
Doctor said that was the reason, and one day sooner or later it should happen. The diet was totally wrong.
Well, I asked if he could help the pet?
Doctor Lonsdale said yes, the cat needed some antibiotics, an injection and the right diet, which he believed the raw meat was.
Doctor said he’d explain me everything properly, he’d show me a video. I said I had no time for watching. I just came to show the pet to the doctor.
Well, he concluded, if I didn’t want to work with him (watch the video and listen to all the perks of that raw meat feeding), he didn’t want to work with me and refused to give any treatment to my cat.
Bravo, doctor Lonsdale.
It was Sunday, our first and the last meeting.
You met a sick pet and refused to help him. Because I didn’t buy anything from your fridge.
I’m shocked.
I’ll definitely recommend everyone to avoid your veterinary clinic.
P.S. I was not charged.
