I don’t usually write reviews but feel I should, as I would not want any other family to go through what we have. Unfortunately I took my Cavoodle to get a full groom & after collecting her I noticed her left eye was not opened. She was not herself & was very stressed & crying. Fortunately I took her to the vet not long after collecting her from her groom. The vet advised her eye had been damaged. She was put on pain killers & medication. 4 visits to the vet & also both ears infected she is now on the mend. I attempted to phone the salon but had no luck, so the next day I went in person to the salon to advise what had happened. I unfortunately didn’t get any further information or concern. I thought at a minimum I would get a returned phone call asking how our dog was. After several emails sent, I still have had no support or concern. I am incredibly disappointed the way this has been dealt with & would not want anyone else to go through this.

Absolutely horrible experience with this place today. The blonde woman at the counter was such a nasty, cold, antisocial being. She insisted I pick a blade size for my puppy’s grooming. I tried explaining that I wouldn’t have a clue and began to describe how I’d like him groomed so she pointed to the blade chart and started talking in a slow, demeaning manner as if I could not understand English & pointed to each blade size. I really hope she wasn’t doing that because I’m black but I wouldn’t rule racism out with her because she honestly, was so awful. I decided to cancel, so so grabbed the appointment sheet, squashed it angrily and threw it on the floor. The sign on the door said to push which I did and walked out. As if the experience with her wasn’t awful enough, she yelled out after me to SHUT THE DOOR!
I was so thankful that I didn’t leave my puppy at this place. Why would such a cold person being working with animals? Obviously, she must be just in it for the money.
Please don’t put your precious darlings in this terrifying place.

WHAT A DISASTER After waiting 2 weeks for an appt I’ve never had such rude inconsiderate engagement. On dropping off my 2 dogs I was told to allow 3hours however when I got a call 1 and a half hrs after saying they were ready for pickup I was told I had to pick them up with 30 mins which wasn’t possible given I was working and over 30 minute drive away. I attempted to call them 5 times to let them know I was delayed but the phone was taken off the hook. On arrival a very rude owner pushed tthe eftpos machine at me without one word. when I attempted to apologise that it was possible to collect them in 30mins she was rude quoting “read the policy” i told her I’d never had such rude inconsiderate treatment and was a good customer to their business to which she spat “yeah”youve been here twice in the last year”. Clearly having both our dogs there twice this year paying over $150 each time for a wash and a little trim has not been appreciated so we WONT BE BACK AND I ENCOURAGE ALL OTHER PET OWNERS TO GO ELSEWHERE. WHERE YOU GET kindness and respect not just someone that’s in it for the money.

We were desperate to have our girl Tully (border collie) looking her best for the festive season. She was a mess with matted bits on her behind and chest and ears. After a consult and a bitsa tail trim NOT from another groomer we were told the bad news that she needed to be shaved and put us on a wait list. However because of the patch shaved on her behind she looked worse. Animal Antics came to the rescue . They were able to put their skills to brush and trim out all the matted mess and not shave her. She looked and smelt amazing (heaps on conditioner no doubt!)
