They’re okay. It’s not the best Petsmart I’ve ever been to, but not the worst.
The 4-star, as opposed to 5, was due to the man who handled my online order. He could stand a bit of work on his customer service skills. He wasn’t necessarily rude, but he definitely wasn’t friendly either.
Otherwise, their fish tanks were kind of dirty. And, the young lady sitting back where the cats are kept didn’t move a muscle to see if we were interested in the cats or if we had any questions. We stood outside of the door playing with one of the cats and talking to others for a good five mins. She never lifted her head from what she was reading, not one time.
The 4-star is because their store was neat, and the only other store employee seemed interested in helping the customers I heard her speaking with, and she was good with the animals we saw her feeding.

In my experience, everyone is always very kind and friendly at Petsmart. Whenever I needed assistance finding something, they were also helpful. I always hate bothering people, too, as it’s just my nature.
I give the employees and managers respect because sometimes they are very busy, and the check-out line is long. They have so much to ring up with people waiting. I’m sure they appreciate kindness and patience from us as customers.
They have made some changes over the past year in what they carry and where items are placed in the store, in case you haven’t been in for a while. I spend a lot of money there every month, but my favorite part is getting to see all the adorable animals that come in with their humans. Animals rule!

Not a bad PetSmart but a day of going to a couple stores of both companies PetSmart and PetCo. Both locations of PetSmart’s Fish Departments were wildly better but this location is not even close to as good as the fish keepers at the Alamo Avenue location. You can tell they really care about the customer, the tanks, fish, and doing their job well.

It’s alot further away then petco only because of the traffic through there. They do have more stuff like as in different things the petco doesn’t have or I haven’t seen it but overall it’s a great store. Friendly staff!
