    The woman who helped us was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the fish we were getting. Made replacing my daughter’s dead fish a pleasant experience as weird as that sounds 😆

    They have a huge selection for rabbits and guinea pigs compared to any other pet supply place in town. The pets always look healthy and well taken care of. Very friendly employees.

    I took my 5 year old to get snails for our tank. All of the snails were dead (and obviously had been for a long time) just sitting in a fish tank. There were multiple tanks with multiple dead fish in them. (I took a photo of one tank, but there were over 5 tanks with dead fish) Not just a few fish… like at least 5 to 10 (or more) in each tank. An employee made excuses “oh well I didn’t open this morning.. “

    I’ve been taking my dog to the same girl for a year and a half. She is no longer there and I got Trisha. My dogs appointment was at 3 she wasn’t there when we left at 3:10. She’s never had any issues but with Trisha today supposedly she was so bad they couldn’t give her a proper bath. Didn’t blow dry her completely. And only cut nails on two paws. I didn’t receive any phone call throughout this time and was waiting two hours for her to be done. Never going back.

    I have a 17 year old chihuahua that is in beginning stages of renal failure, and the beef bison vital is the only thing I can get her to eat. I make a 45 minute drive to Saint Joseph once a week to get a five pound roll to last for a week to give her her medications with. I am 54, and severely disabled. Degenerative arthritis. This last weekend, I couldn’t get out of bed. I believe I have covid again. On Tuesday night, I ask my daughter to find out if Petsmart had the five pound rolls, and she told me they had two. She purchased one of them. We had enough for Wednesday morning. Wendsday afternoon I went to pick it up, and was given four 1 pound rolls and a bag of treats, so I had to go into the store (which I was trying to avoid), to find out what happened to the roll we purchased. The cashier apologized, and said he remembered pulling it the night before, but didn’t know what happened to it. I don’t understand why this keeps happening. If something is not in stock, it would be nice to receive a phone call or order cancelation rather than drive an hour and a half both ways only to find out that someone else was given your purchase. I love your employees, but this is frustrating. When someone is trying not to make your employees and customers sick, please help them help you.🙏
