I was just informed that my dog is banned from getting a bath at this location. This is the first I’ve heard of behavior issues and was not given the opportunity to address any behavior. You don’t tell a parent their child is misbehaving after you’ve expelled them. You tell them when the incident happens. I’m disappointed as heck.

This place is pretty cool. My wife and I come here for the cats food. When we were in there last, there was a happy dog bouncing around and I thought, this must be the equivalent to dogs as homedepot is to me. We both act the same way
