Recently had to make the saddest of decisions for our dog. Mandy and Dan from Pawprints came to our house and their empathy and professionalism made such an emotional and upsetting experience easier for us to bare.

We’ve been bringing my dog here for a few years and have been really impressed with the care we get here. They’re thorough, caring and affordable. Barney, our dog, actually loves coming here and it’s got to the point where he pulls me to the vets on our walks, even if he doesn’t have to go. He seems to have a special connection with Mandy, and after we last saw her, he sat down outside and refused to leave. I actually had to carry him to the car! Their sister vet in Kedron, Anvet, are also very good.

My lovely old cat was diagnosed with a cancerous tumour in her mouth had to be euthanized. The vet agreed to let me take her home for a little while and I was very grateful to have that week with her. My other cat misses her.

Very caring and happy place. A complication occurred with my dog’s procedure, they kept me up to date on what they were doing to fix it and the results of how it went. Felt that my girl was in safe hands which was very comforting.

We were attending another vet for over a decade, when one of our pommeranians had a wound appear on his cheek, we took him to the vet. It was possibly an abscess. The vet gave us a ten day course of antibiotics, and told us that tooth extraction was a possibility but because of the age of the dog it was a risk. Anyway, after the ten day antibiotics we took the dog into the vet for a check up, after forgetting to book us a vet looked at his cheek said it was ok and off we went. The dog then got conjunctivitis and was visibly in pain. We took him to paw prints and the lovely nurse looked at him, gave him an injection of antibiotics and told us he needed to have his tooth extracted. She booked us in the next day and our dog is now fine. We have our new vet!
