It’s pet smart… we were, however, surprised to see the fish tanks were well kept up and clean… staff greeted us and were friendly.

Never will I ever take my baby back to petsmart in statesville. They only washed and clipped some of his nails. Did not do none of his sanitary area. All for $57. Called and spoke with the supervisor and he was a butthead about the situation. My advice to you guys is do not take your baby there for grooming….

They always take great care in grooming our Bella, who looks pretty going in, but gorgeous coming out💞 If you have a dog that sheds ALOT, I highly recommend you take them there and get the furminator w/bath!

Tried to use the restroom while my husband bought dog food and an employee repeatedly knocked on the door. I finally gave up and left. I am looking for a new place to buy dog food. This was extremely rude.

I have never had such amazing customer service. Went in and adopted a kitty and Robert was right there to make sure we had every thing we needed. Then we went in a day or two after to get some more and Faith was right there to help with any questions. THANK YOU!!!
