First Review
For the first time in 3 years since we’ve had “Miss precious ” our rescued German Shepherd, the team at Green Cross Strathalbyn have dilligently tried to fix her troubles, but recently, with the help and advice of their new Vet, Doctor Emily, things have finally changed for the better and Jess who has been wary of everyone and everything, is now happy and comfortable enough for us to leave and trust her to Emily’s care. Thankyou team Green Cross Strathalbyn and Healthy Pets Plus that have made it all more affordable.

Would highly recommend them. I had an emergency with dog were she had lost part of her ear. They were so carrying and polite. Everyone that I dealt with was super nice. My dog felt very comfortable with the vet as she was so patient with her.

The staff have always been super friendly and helpful to me, especially with my hyperactive German Shepherd. I personally think the prices are very reasonable. In fact I actually travel 30 minutes out of my way to go there, because of how well their customer service is. They make you and your pet feel very welcome and always answer any questions you have. Would 10/10 recommend.

I was cut off during conversation and spoken over many times, as well as the occasional sigh and frustration from the vet on the phone. And my request was pretty straight forward..

Refused to listen to alternate treatment advice as it was coming from me, not one of their peers.
Helpful ReviewAs it turns out the vet was wrong, as I knew at the time but now I refuse to go back to them.
They rushed me through consult which was for my puppies 1st vaccination. I learned both of that as they preferred to argue the point re alternate treatment rather than what I was actually there for

We went for puppy school, due to Covid 19, our pup was a bit too old. These guys knew there would be puppies missing out on socialisation opportunities and went out of their way to run a class for the older pups too.
