    PetSmart is always dependable with good selection and customer service. The catnip brand Meowjuana is really good and found here. I bought some other catnip on Amazon and my cat didn’t respond to it like the PetSmart selection. It seems like not all catnip is created equal.

    Placed an order online and never got notified that the order was ready for pick up. After a couple of days, I called the store, and they advised that my order was ready and they were sorry I didn’t get the email. I went the next day to pick up the order and was told it had been put back. Very frustrating .

    Don’t take your poodle here for grooming. They had my dog looking all kinds of crazy. Of course he had some matting on his ears and she told me she would try to save the ears. It’s clear the groomer didn’t try her best at all when he came out with all his hair gone from his ears. He’s walking around with a high top haircut :/

    I went here expecting great results but I am highly disappointed. I took my dog in for a basic $56 package which includes “bath, haircut, brushing, light dematting, nail trim, paw & pad trim, ear cleaning, sanitary trim & more”. Went I picked him up the lady stated she couldn’t give him the haircut I asked for which that was fine, no problem. However heading home I realize my dog didn’t smell clean or even fresh. Personally to me he smelled the same as to when I dropped him off. To make matters worse when we got home I realized that he still had poop on his bum & on his tail. If he was bathed how did this happen?

    🚩 Let’s get into it. To spend so much money on animals of your choice is a choice. What is also a choice is where you shop at for your pet’s essentials or all your pets. So I chose this store and location because of what I needed Asap.. and this store had it in stock. What I was not expecting was how rude the workers are here, one male worker will unpack a box by the register slow as ever before he comes to the register, and not a hi or a thank you.. nothing. When you ask a worker near him a question.. and that worker doesn’t know she looks at him and he aggressively says HOW CAN I HELP YOU. I am not scared of men so his tactics do not work on me. Also that’s bad business to let money walk out the door to customers who just leave, during these times when competition is thick, and home remedies are at an all time high…so this next part is very sad and much worse when it comes to the pet day care, the same young lady is always in the daycare sitting with all the dogs of all breeds and all sizes…. but I saw a small dog dead in the corner on the mat it was a small breed much to small to be in the same room with a great dane (I assume that’s what it was it was huge) ect. She held a couple in her hands just sitting there staring straight forward until I guess maybe no customers would not be looking to remove the dead dog.. but the white band (name) that goes around it’s neck was open not creased at all from being worn while at play, so it looked like a new collar band was placed on it not completely closed like normal maybe it was lost and after they noticed it had passed they put on a new one quickly without closing it or it didn’t stick when placed on it…but the dog was deceased it was clear. I don’t know why all these breeds were/are put together.. yes it is a doggy day care but common sense is that some breeds cannot be placed with massive dogs due to potential injury by accident or can become aggressive due to agitation of a small space, and about 20 other dogs all together. Just be careful where you leave your family pet/member I wonder how that parent felt when they came and found out their dog was deceased. I cannot imagine. Pet description small white poodle or Pomeranian all white he or she was face down on a mat I do have a picture of the deceased fur baby for the time stamp and date. RIP little one

    Great clean store, very smart and quick employees.

    Ian and Stacy are always there to help, they have a broad range of knowledge and are professional and easy to speak with regarding my pets needs. I appreciate that they truly care about the animals welfare and that they will point me in the right direction.

    I wish I could have given them 0 stars!! I took my dog for grooming on Saturday, September 23rd at 1:30 p.m. with Agony.
    He has been a regular for 1 year. Today while cuddling him, I suddenly noticed that the inside of his left ear was bruised. You can clearly understand that it’s from grooming. This is not the first time. Earlier it was with James and they returned my money. Hence I did not post any reviews hoping that they would do better in the future but it was my mistake to trust them with my baby. Of course, he cannot speak for himself so no one is there for him. Accidents can happen but what I am not cool about is hiding it. Last time too, I told the same.

    Went in to get some fish for sons high school
    Class.. and they said they refuse to sell fish that will go in classrooms? He said they put too many fish in a tank.. idk my son says he chooses what fish to get.. so perhaps if you think the fish requested don’t work well in the same tank.. suggest what does and how many for the size of tank. I never shopped here before and definitely will not in the future.. who knew getting fish was such a difficult task.

    Friendly, so clean!!!! I loved the training class & the hotel! That made me laugh. Prices are a bit steep. Customer service was amazing & very kind to my Frenchie Jax 🦖❤️

    FYI if you order curbside it’s no longer at the Sugar Land store (as ordered by the city due to permitting). It’s all “in-store pickup” only. The staff was kind and courteous to explain this change. The inside pickup was super quick. Heads up that parking is kinda crowded on Saturday morning.

    I took my dog to be groomed, payed over $80 , and one of the girls in the salon says when I picked my dog up ‘ she’s the worst.’ Very unprofessional. I came this place because it was closer than the Petsmart that I have going to in Almeda. I will not be going back to the Sugarland location no time soon

    I was shopping here tonight. I got a bag of rabbit food and the 12# bag next to it crashed down on my face. My lip has blood, my face is swollen and when I told the employee and then the manager, I didn’t even get an apology. I wasn’t offered a wet cloth for my blood, I wasn’t offered a cold anything to put on my swollen face. They absolutely did not care that I was injured in their store.

    A month after this review, NOONE from PetSmart has even reached out to apologize or even check up on me. I sustained nerve damage to my lower lip and still have no feeling and my lip gets a little drool on it. I was SERIOUSLY injured in their store and the REALLY do NOT care.
