First time I got my dog back with lots of knots on her body, even not to cut properly around the paws, second time we asked about cut short then she looks like a chicken , too short for a toy poodle with no style , cut her ears even really short . Disappointed about them , they should know how to cut a toy poodle hair in a certain style . They answered me , she was knotted then we have to cut her very short??????and they knew tomorrow is her birthday , even her dresses doesn’t look fit on her body 😢😔

Hi Golbarg , Sorry we have to cut the matted hair short, but there must be some misunderstanding between us. According the record for the first time Daisy came, we did “Bath and Tidy up” service for her, which means we do the brushing and tidy up around the eyes and paw area only. We didn’t do the de-matted on the first time. We believe the groomer explain to you the reason why we didn’t do that on the first time Daisy came. And for yesterday, we explains to your husband the situation it’s all matted to the skins, For the heathy purpose all we can do is remove all them on the body and legs, but still keep very pretty face and fluffy tail. For the fancy poodle look have to groom more often to keep the hair fresh and good condition (poodle’s curly hair getting tangle very easily, groom every 3-4 weeks is the best way to keep them long styling and pretty ).

Really liked the cut but I don’t feel like the groom was worth $70 there is still allot of knots left aswel usually with previous grooms that would’ve been sorted out friendly lady though

The groomer discuss the grooming session with you when you bring little girls in, as you mention you don’t want short cut, but the matted area on the back lets are very close to the skin; and we can’t provide the de-matted service to her, it will hurt the skin. Therefore, we go the second option: Leave those areas, until Warm weather coming and remove all of them. We do Bath and Tidy up for her, which is, include bath /Conditioning/Brushing but no dematting / Nail cutting/ Removing the hair between the paw/ tidy up the paw/ tidy up the face/ tide up the bum. Charges are based on “hands on time” of the groomer at $80/hr.

I was told the grooming cost for my dog ~20kg is $99. The charge was $90 for the dog’s previous grooming at the same shop early this year. However I was told to pay $110 when I collected my dog. The owner didn’t give explanation. I was disappointed at the unprofessional attitude.
