Amazing! I was in a bad situation with my cat. Badly beaten up by another cat with bleeding in the eye. The team had the equipment, professionalism and care to help!! Very happy!

Please consider Swanbourne if you are looking for a trustworthy, caring and skilled vet. I can’t speak highly enough of the whole team after bringing my pets here for 3 years, and through some scary medical experiences. We don’t have a favourite vet in the practice as they are all outstanding and collaborative, along with the amazing front desk team.

New Irish vet was helpful and introduced himself by name. Dog tail wag jump over everyone ecstatic with her wash, wanted to do it again. She smelt brilliant for at least 24 hours.

We moved vet care to Swanbourne vet about 2 years ago for both of our dogs. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are the most compassionate and also realistic vets that I’ve ever dealt with. One of our dogs just sadly passed away and the sent us a beautiful card. Cannot thank them enough for all that they’ve done for us.

I should have done this review about 2 months ago. I brought my dog Orion to Dr Ziggy (eye specialist) with detached retinas. Unfortunately found out something more terrible was going on with him and eventually had to put him to sleep.
Dr Ziggy was fantastic i liked that she straight talked me in regards to Orion and was to the point but also very good with him in her nature. I would recommend anyone to Dr Ziggy! Thank you for your time!

After a traumatic experience at a VetWest that misdiagnosed, mistreated, and did not refer above to a specialist until WELL and truly past when they should have I asked with the boxer breed community and found Ziggy. What a true blessing she really is. She is truly gifted in what she does and within 4 weeks my dog went from a full covered eye ulcer to a eye with hardly any clouding. Price was never a concern but she was beyond reasonable (if not short changing herself). So lucky to have found her, will not go anywhere else.

I couldn’t recommend Dr Ziggy more! She was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process of cataract surgery for my five year old dog. She was honest & open the entire time and extremely knowledgeable and very thorough with the post op medications and check ups. Thank you Dr Ziggy!!

Highly recommend this vet surgery. Ziggy is fab. Quick appointment for our 10mth male rottweiler both eyes operated for cherry eye. When our usual surgery recommended to leave it. This was not our regular vet but another at the surgery. Was not happy contacted the breeder who recommended Ziggy she was fantastic. Thank you

Overall during the years I have been very satisfied with this Veterinary Clinic however I had an extremely traumatic experience during the final months of when my beloved 18yo cat was ill and deteriorating. This concern was in relation to One Vet in particular who on Numerous occasions when she was either upping or lowering doses of medication Failed EveryTime to Update the Information on the Computer! – thus every time I went to pick up my cat’s medications the dosage was Wrong! Not Ideal for a cat in final stages! Also this Definitely would not look good or Professional for a different Vet who happened to be on Roster – giving out Wrong dosages, incorrect Labels on bottles! – and this Did occur on many occasions. Wrong dosages on Labels. I have kept proof of this. I reiterate that this was in relation to One Veteranarian only and I had no issues with any other Vet. During the abovementioned time frame I had a very upsetting incident with a (Casual?) girl (Not Jamie) on the front desk who would not listen to me when I asked her to please mention to the Vet on Roster to please check that my cat’s dosage is as should be and Not on the computer. She Dismissed my request and cut me off, but not before telling me to “Listen! They know what they are doing. Stop wasting my time!!” I Highly Commend Jamie on the Front Desk as she was and has Always been 100% Helpful and Extremely Professional.
