Amazing service. I literally rang to enquire and took my staffy up for a nail clip. When I try to do it at home she backs away and won’t have a bar of it. The girls at Ritzy Pets said she was super calm and comfortable and just sat still while they clipped her nails.
Helpful ReviewGood price at $15 makes it sustainable to keep going back every 4-6 weeks. Totally recommend Ritzy Pets for nail clippings!

Super friendly staff. Just moved to the area and had my woofer groomed here. She came out looking and smelling fantastic. The staff were wonderful with both me and my dog. Knowing how anxious I was to leave her somewhere I had never been before they called me halfway through her grooming service to let me know she was doing wonderfully. Would give ten stars if I could!

Sarah and the crew always look after our 15 year old pup. He has been going there since he was young. As he’s getting older he is very anxious. Sarah takes care of him and he always loves going there and getting lots of cuddles. I don’t trust Toby with many people but trust these girls 100%

After reading good reviews, we took our Groodle to Ritzy Pets which turned out to be a big mistake. With claims that there was a knot on his ear he came back with the hair on one of his ears butchered, with no effort or care to blend it in, it looks awful. I was not told of this before they hacked the hair off or even when I picked him up. For a dog with long hair on his ears, he looks terribly scraggily and lopsided, which is a huge shame. I would hate for anyone to have the same experience as us

My pet came home very happy, so I believe he was very spoiled at that place, which is great! It’s awesome to have the peace of mind that they’re being good to your beloved pets. I would definitely give them a 5 star if they had more staff taking care of the place, as the lady was very very busy taking care of the dogs, receiving clients and taking payments and the same time. But overall, loved the place. Will come back!

I bring my Shitzhu Bentley in every 5 weeks and he loves Sarah the owner and enjoys going there and playing with her pups. He looks adorable after grooming and she always listens to how I want him fully groomed and any concerns I have. She really cares about all dogs not just her own, and favours them like her own! I wouldn’t take my pup anywhere else but ritzy pets. Sarah is fabulous at what she does.
