I have been to the CP Emergency surgery three times over the past few months. The staff there go out of their way to care for your furry family member. Consultations were excellent, and follow-up calls to check the progress of my cat were kind hearted and genuine. I wouldn’t take my cat anywhere else.

Went in for a check up on my 12 month old pup and to get vaccinations for my 3 month old pup. They’re very untrusting of people but Sharnté made them feel right at home as soon as they walked in. Will definitely be recommending in the future. Thanks so much.

We just came back from seeing Annabel who was absolutely lovely to deal with. Extremely friendly and professional, she even gave advice on behavioural issues we had not thought of specific to our greyhound.

Dr Craig was amazing. I had one dog who needed surgery and other dog who needed to be put to sleep within a few days of each other. Dr Craig was very caring and supportive of both very difficult situations. The reception staff were also amazing when it came to the difficult time of having my girl put to sleep. Very professional, caring team. Thanks to everyone involved in both procedures.

Several years ago we adopted a dachsie; she was 4 years old and had a few health problems…over the past few years Drs. Sebastian and Craig have diligently helped sort out various health problems and now our fur baby only needs an annual checkup. Craig and Sebastian’s clinical skill is of a high level as is their ability to interact well with their clients. The whole team are pleasant to deal with; if you’re looking for a quality vet service look no further than Chancellor Park Veterinary Surgery.

We had to make the heart-breaking decision to let our nearly 17 year old dog go. Chancellor vets were absolutely amazing, so sympathetic and supportive; from the moment we made that devastating phone call to later that week when we received a heart felt sympathy card. They made an awful decision and experience as peaceful as gentle as it could possibly be, the care and support both Lily and my husband and I received was perfect. Thank you to an amazing team.

The vets are very close to where we live, so it is very handy. As we have a new puppy and another dog, feel that our pets are safe and well looked after. The staff are very friendly and helpful, when we were there a couple of years ago and our dog needed an operation, they explained that we could apply for VET PAY. This was a god send as we paid some money upfront and then paid the rest off in installments.

Very money oriented. I get they obviously need to make sure they get their money but their timing is not great at all. Also tried to upsell to me at a completely unnecessary time. Emergency crew were nice enough but also just so money first they wouldn’t help my pet till I’d sorted their paperwork first. Every update call I was told an update on the price first before anything about my animal even when asked to stop. They all seem nice enough but definitely need to find a better way of handling that side of things.

Julie is the only vet that we take our cat, “Baby” to see. She genuinely cares and is very good at explaining things in layman’s terms. The staff are all polite and courteous here, and parking is easy too. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.
