    We took our dog to Pet Smart to get shampoo and grooming. We were able to get an appointment the same day we called. Layla provided excellent service, and our pooch is so handsome sporting his new look. Many thanks to Layla for her care of our Bear.

    I just completed a 6-week puppy training class at PetSmart in Taylor with Dory and it was a wonderful experience. The class was recommended to me by my vet who had completed the same program with her dog. Dory is a fantastic dog trainer who seems to have a gift for working with animals. She made training fun and easy to incorporate into my daily life. My puppy (photo attached) and I both learned so much in 6 weeks, much more than I thought would be possible. This was such a great experience that I will be taking him back in for additional classes.

    The Taylor location for grooming is the best because they have a lot of groomers. They can fit your pets in because they have a lot of groomers. I’m always able to get my dogs in with them.

    This is only the second time I take my dog with them and Grooming service complain too much. you can tell that lady Angelica in the front desk is sooo lazy and gets bother to GET UP for something. They really gotta step it up

    Find it really funny how they expect you to buy a pet without letting you see or touch it. The rude employee in the back said it was against policy even though I was just in here not even two weeks ago while an employee allowed a customer to hold a bearded dragon before purchase. But yeah, I’ll happily take my money elsewhere. Cashier was super sweet tho!

    Employee was rude to me. I was asking about snails and she repeatedly slammed carts into each other while she was talking to me and then cut me off from speaking to tell me she “didn’t have time” to help me. I don’t want anyone to get fired or anything like that, but I did leave with a pretty bad taste in my mouth.

    Appointment scheduled for 8am, no one there except an employee sitting in her car drinking her coffee & smoking her cigarette. Sees me standing outside with my dog but says nothing. Manager Emily calls me to say I missed my appointment- she’s sorry that I wasted 45 minutes of my time, 20 miles of gas & would I like her to reschedule? NO!!

    RUDE. Ban people for “looking different” and having disabilities because the employees were “fearful”. when the situation was explained (this person that was wrongfully banned has a disability) manager still proceeded to say the employees were still scared and that the person “looked weird”. Embarrassing. Take your business some place else unless you want to be discriminated against for being “different” .

    I asked after a beta fish for my 12 year old. They are in small cupholders at the end of an aisle in weird Tupperware containers, not in the fish tanks. Most were dead. When I tried to buy a half dead one, but disagreed with the $21.49 price tag, Kaley with an H (who knows or cares) said she was the manager and could not help. She said ALL of their fish were healthy and she would *look into the dead ones. She then refused to sell the fish to me and told me to leave.

    Thank you for tell me to “buy something or get out” when it turned 7pm on the dot. That manager was rude and should be demoted or fired considering I was going to buy only cat medicine but couldn’t find it. I tried asking her for help but she just cut me off and repeated “buy something or get out of here.”

    To the rude associate who told me to “buy something *now* or get out” instead of helping me find the already overpriced cat dewormer, and failed to even tell us they were closing soon when we came in. I hope you get intestinal parasites.
