    I just brought my dogs in to be groomed, one of my dogs doesn’t get along all the time with my other dog but loves people and is not human aggressive at all so she had on a basket muzzle for both of my dogs safety (recommended by my dog trainer when I bring them to vet appointments or to the groomer.) I was told they couldn’t be seen because Ginger came in with a muzzle but yet they were allowed to put a muzzle on her inside the shop. I explained our situation and they still refused me service…. I never make negative reviews but I think that’s policy that should be reviewed or looked at differently with different circumstances, makes no sense…

    The ladies at the vet genuinely care about me and my pet. They are always so helpful. The selection of toys for my fur baby is good, especially when I have to find one that she won’t destroy in 5 minutes. The store is always clean.

    Carter was given to the smallest groomer in the salon. We never got any phone calls or anything until he was ready to be picked up. The picture attached is what Carter looks like now at the end of November in the cold. He was SHAVED. The reason given was “he was too matted” and “he was hard to handle”. Nowhere was it discussed that they needed to shave Carter. We have been getting him groomed and he’s actually been very matted before when we were late on his grooms and still didn’t need to be shaved then. This was purely inexperience and laziness. He wasn’t even shaved well as you can see from the picture. I was contacted by the store manager who acknowledged this not what was expected but only offered 50% off the next appointment or 50% refund. I want ALL of my money back and an apology for shaving my dog in WINTER because you have an inexperienced groomer on staff. Now when his fur comes back in it’s unlikely that he’s going to have the same fur pattern which was very unique and the reason we kept him longer.

    I got a ball python unexpectedly this week, and I had no clue what I was doing when it came to heat/humidity. I came in to the store Friday night and didn’t find the answers I wanted, but still got the things I thought I’d need. Saturday morning, I came back and spoke with raven. They taught me so much in a short amount of time, and helped me pick out everything I needed for my new addition. Raven is the self proclaimed “snake person” and I have to agree, my snake is now thriving thanks to them. Give raven a raise and tell ‘em thank you ! 🙂

    Had to go in and get my cats prescription food . It had expired so I went to the back at Banfield pet Hospital inside PetSmart , and Lydia got both renewed for me in just a minute ( she’sawesome). Then I picked up Killer’s food , both hard and canned food.
    He likes to have a change once in a while. Wow! Killer’s food is expensive. It’s always been pricey but I think they put 10 more dollars on top of the high price tag. This bag was 70 dollars. Crazy then 4 small cans of food was 13.70 they are small . But you know, I priced it with chewy within pennies of the same price. It’s a conspiracy I say:)

    Well I had been buying my dogs food at Tractor Supply because it was cheaper than Pet Smart but they quiet carrying it in the store, so I’m back at PetSmart, it’s a little bit more but they always have it in stock !!! 👍✌️

    We have 2 dogs and a cat so we are here often. We are new to having a cat so my last experience here was getting cat supplies. The lady who helped me was super great and knowledgeable. I didn’t get her name but our cat enjoyed everything that we purchased.

    Was there for obedience class. Our instructor, McKenzie is fantastic and has been really helpful as our dog is deaf and so is her dog. She has been able to give us some great suggestions for hand signals and training. Also, they seem to have a few more interactive toys there to keep a high energy dog busy.

    It’s difficult to find anyone in the fish section and when I do, they are miserable and/or not nice. The guy was a jerk from the beginning by asking me “Do you need something?” in a turdish manner rather than, “Can I help you with something?” Nicer people are at other pet stores.
