they gave my dog a really bad haircut after only saying they would touch up his paws and butt due to him being a puppy, the experience wasn’t the best either. my puppy now looks like Lloyd from dumb and dumber and I can’t unsee it. I’m only giving it another star because I couldn’t stop laughing when I picked him up.

The store was clean and stuff was nice and helpful. The store is well stocked with everything you need for your pets. And it’s nice that you can get your pets shots with shotvet that come on some Saturdays.

As I entered the Temple Store, which is my very first time, I was greeted with a pleasant “Hello”, and I was very happy to hear that, because I do not hear that at any others stores. As I went up and down the isles there was so much for either a dog or cat, I could not believe it, so I was just going to check out the store, well wouldn’t you know it, I purchased more than what I was looking for, my Kitty will be very happy. I am sure I will be shopping here many more times! Very nice store!!!

I’ve been coming here for a long time, but today I had a horrible experience with the check-out woman. I wish I had gotten her name. The receipt doesn’t have it written on it. She was really rude and short with me, for no apparent reason whatsoever. I had come in with my poodle puppy to try and socialize him a bit more and get him some toys and treats. She was on the register closest to the door on Aug. 20th around 6pm. After being treated like that by her, I’m going to be shopping at a different pet store in the area. The treats and toy we got seem to be good quality but that was horrible customer service.

This is a a great location! Wanted a guinea pig and they had one that was just recently seen by a vet and treated for an issue and cleared of it. First of all, good job for them for taking sick animals to the vet and not ignoring it. Second, they were very nice and let me interact with the guinea pig before I decided to take him. I am so happy with the guinea pig!

I have been going to petsmart for 10 years to their grooming and I have never been treated horrible as I did today with Arianna, a groomer. She called me to come in early as she had to leave, and then called again to make sure I could be there. I booked online for both my dogs and Arianna wanted to me to come back with the other dog who had the other groomer, Vivien, which is hard as I am traveling 40 minutes to this store. They were so unorganized, and Arianna was so unprofessional, the manager didn’t help, not even a follow up call to me and I left and will NEVER take my pets to this store again. If staff is having something personal going on, don’t take it out on the customer as Ariana was visually stressed because she had to leave. Customer service and office organization needed, spend some money on training your staff!
