Have been going to these vets since 2013. Today I took our cat in to get a blood test, one of many, only to be told they can’t because they can’t handle him, didn’t even ask me to come in with him to calm him. They have used a muzzle in the past, not today, they wanted to sedate him and asked if I can come back late. Like I have nothing better to do . Obvious money grab.I asked what am I to do about his meds, he needed the blood test to check if meds are working ok, so now he has to go off his mess because they want more money. Do not recommend these vets to anyone.

We have been taking our pets to Raymond Terrace & Thornton myvets for over 17 years. The staff have always been honest, kind & compassionate, not only to us, but our pet family as well. Today we received this beautiful bunch of flowers following the loss yesterday, of our 17 year old dog Reggie. Thank you to Dr Dale & all the wonderful staff who cared for him since he was a puppy. He wouldn’t have made it to 17 years & 3 months without your specialist care. Thank you

I had to make THAT phone call regarding euthanizing a much-loved cat (Jack) and spoke to Alia. This girl is meant for the job. She was just so lovely and caring and gave me all the time that I needed. I hung up feeling a lot calmer in such an unpleasant and sad situation. Thank you Alia.

You need to sort your hours and phone numbers on google maps. I rang the number on Google Maps to get my Dogs nails clipped and they said “I could go in at 1040” (Saturday morning). Turns out they aren’t even open Saturdays, I’m just glad I wast going for an emergency.?

Thank you to the friendly and respectful staff at Thornton vet clinic who helped me out by allowing me to bring my cat in immediately when she was sick 2 weeks ago and for being so kind and caring when we had to unfortunately make the call to have my beautiful cat put down.

Called Thornton Vet, when I discovered my dog had a allergic reaction to something she came in contact with. They were very helpful and were able to fit me at short notice, and were able to help my dog with her issue. Very happy with the service from Thornton Vets, from past to present pets. Highly recommend.
