This particular PetSmart always has what I go there for, cats and dogs, they’re never out of anything they keep it well stocked and the staff are very polite and knowledgeable I recommend this petsmart

Spectacular ☆☆☆☆☆ their experience & knowledge of animals was incredible. Shown picture of a dog I just adopted & new everything by picture alone size weight & best food for elderly dog w/barely any teeth the last ones loose. The food has actually hardened the loose ones WHAT? INDEED highly suggested for any animals concerns. They actually know their products & Buisness ☆☆☆☆☆

The employee are always greeting me and are very nice as they ask if I need help. I buy hayy for my two fur baby’s and that’s about it.
I’ve heard and read many things on how petspart doesn’t take care of the animals and how the big companies are making the animal farming worse.. all I can say is I do my best to make the b world a better place for the ones who are in need and I hope these ceos and companies do the same…

The sales associate was very helpful and kind. My dog had surgery and I showed up within one hour of closing and she didn’t even seem to mind. She helped me get all of the items I needed. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable and awesome! I greatly appreciate her help and also the fact that she didn’t make me feel rushed or annoyed that I came in so late. It was an awesome experience and I highly recommend supporting our local stores.

Shardi the pet trainer at the Thousand Oaks location is amazing. She has a great work ethic and is very compassionate to all dogs and their owners. She truly has wonderful patience and works well with both dog and owner. She goes above and beyond to work out training strategies that work best for each individual dog. She has exceeded my expectations for PetSmarts training and is the reason we keep coming back. So much so that I look forward to class each week. So far my dog and I has taken the beginning and intermediate class and will be signing up for the advanced class next!
