Very disappointed with the grooming department i have a 13 month old Gold Retriever which i took in to get the works first off they told me they were unable to cut his nails and he had no clean smell at all actually he smelled like wet dog save your money and go to professionals who know what they are doing..

Extremely happy!! When visiting a competitor store very close by I was confronted with the price of $149 at the cash register for a bag of food and an extra small crate nothing special about this crate just an extra small kennel for a 9 lb (max) animal. My dog food for the size bag I bought was $55 ! Needless to say I left the crate when I was at PetSmart same crate different manufacturer but same size extra small crate 9 lb animal (max) $24.99!

The people ate very friendly and helpful. Only giving it a 3 due to their pricing. I feel they are a little overpriced, and I could go online for less, but needed something in a hurry and couldn’t wait for delivery. Otherwise it’s a large store with almost everything you could need.

Had our English lab in the puppy training and I couldn’t say enough good things about the trainer Mattie. As a puppy for my new young family, 2 yr old and another on the way it was important to have a well trained dog. Mattie took her time, explained so much and made it an enjoyable experience for the whole family. Highly recommend the training program here and Mattie should get praise from the company for doing such a rock star job

The fact that you have to bring your pets vaccine records each and every time you bring your pet to the groomer…so annoying….even after they have documented the vaccination records… you have to continually bring them. Why can’t they record and look them up for validation? They record them in the computer… Why do we need to continually bring redundant records???
