    I felt scammed by the ad I got sent for Black Friday. I got offered buy one, get one free, and when I got to the store, the offer was buy one, get one half off.
    I find the prices for pet supplies to be a lot higher for the same products as I find at my local Walmart.

    Petsmart this is FREAKING RIDICULOUS!!!!! I have never heard of a grooming place not being able to groom a dog because the hair was too matted. I took my cockapoo to get a cute hair cut with bow ties but instead they called me an hour after dropping her off to say oh your dogs paws are to matted and we don’t have a sharp enough blade….. like what ?? No you’re just not experienced and you were being lazy!! Do not trust Rachael with your dog ! She did a half job. She shouldn’t have touched my dog period if she knew she couldn’t do the Job right. She didn’t even both to cut my dogs head which isn’t even matted!! She didn’t even attempt to bathe her she came back still dirty. I knew I shouldn’t have trusted a pet store to cut my dog . This is my first and last experience taking my dog to a pet store for grooming. This is why I just take my dogs to animal hospital for grooming. Highly disappointed in you guys . Do better and actually try !!!

    Petsmart this is Unacceptable i I scheduled my dog a grooming appointment and I directly said if you can keep her curls, keep her curls if you have to shave her down to shave her down A hour go by and they tell me that can’t cut my dogs hair because she is to matted & there blade is to short you are post to have experience license groomers not kids that’s looking for a job until they get out college or high school.

    They didn’t give her a bath nothing

    Our groomer name was Rachael i witnessed her cut a long haired matted husky with a way thinker coat with no problem for you to do a half job on my dog is ridiculous i spoke to the manager of pet smart jay he was no help he literally told me this to my face sometimes we just can’t complete the job sounds like unexperienced and failure if you Couldn’t get the job done you shouldn’t of cut her hair at all . Pets-mart needs a better manager .

    I went and PetSmart to go to Bainville Animal Hospital it was inside PetSmart they were nice people the place was clean but the prices were very high they were so high that I couldn’t bring my dog back to get seen

    Shame on PetSmart for keeping nocturnal animals in daylight enclosures! Chinchillas need sand and darkness. The poor babies were stressed. Will not go here again.

    Dog has had level 2 heart murmur for a year and Imarked level 2 when appointment was made online. Cleared by Banfield vet for no progression. Scheduled grooming 3 weeks in advance. Upon arrival groomer told me it was assumed level 1 so they are now unable to do grooming services. I didn’t receive a call, text, or message in the app about their ina ikity to provide services. Groomer replied “we assumed” level 1 so we didn’t call. I took off work to be canceled midday and not served. Groomers (Ashley and Chrissy) offered no accommodations for their assumption or errors.; they didn’t even offer an apology for the inconvenience or poor assumptions about my dogs health with impacted other services
