I am really disappointed with the veterinary services, not only Trafalgar Vet Centre but all from Drouin to Traralgon. I had a horse with severe colic and the only thing these vets were concerned about was ‘ have we seen you before’. Where are your ethics and code of conduct, I had a life threatening situation, luckily I managed to get John Russell from Bayles, fantastic job, fabulous Vet and compassionate enough to re arrange his appointments to tend my sick horse. Thumbs up to John, huge thumbs down to every other equine vet from Drouin, West Gippsland, Trafalgar, Morwell and Traralgon.

It’s disappointing to get a 1 star review from you Barry. We made space for you for an on the day appointment, you were billed less than the initially estimated consult fee, and our prices are comparable to other local clinics.
Helpful ReviewWe are one of few local clinics which still have a vet available around the clock for emergencies, and the cost of providing veterinary services is significant.
You were given an estimate on the phone and could have chosen to go elsewhere if you weren’t happy with the price.

Had an amazing experience today with Dr Jackson & the team. My Australian Stumpy Tail Cattle Dog is extremely reactive and has the potential to be fear aggressive. Jackson was extremely compassionate & did everything possible to make Winnie feel comfortable. The team are so onboard with accomodating reactive & anxious dogs and we are extremely grateful.

Emergency cockatiel appointment. staff where so supportive and very open and honest about my options for our bird. (Odds off all situations having amputation done at clinic. option going to Melbourne for avian specialist etc.
Helpful Reviewended up having surgery and follow up care done on the spot surgery was fast due to emergency. follow up appointments daily pain injections and 3 week follow up. staff always happy to speak on phone for any questions advice.
not a number its about each individual pet and owner. by end they new our pets name gerorge by phone call and visits. all nurses and vet team where best support to our family.
on last appointment all staff was so excited to see how he was doing and how far he had come cementing how spoilt our George was and how lucky he was to have us.
THANK YOU TRAFALGAR VET AND NEWBOURGH FOR ALL YOUR SUPPORT DEDICATION FOR OUR BABY GEORGE WE WILL BE FOREVER GREATFULL
George and his friend Casper attached and him learning to move and use their day cage playing with his bell even tho he had his cone still after surgery then George 4 weeks latter on his pillow they come out on several times day ,:)

I’ve been to this vet a few times with my puppy and it’s been okay. Today I went there with my 3yo dog. I saw the vet charli. I felt like she was rushing me. She spoke so fast I could barely understand what she was saying. I just didn’t like the experience at all. She had no bedside manner. She came across as rude too. She also wasn’t really that friendly to my dog. My dog is always anxious going to the vet and in my experience when the vet talks nicely to her she calms down. This lady didn’t. Also I just asked her to give her a quick check over. She said that I would have to go back and make another appointment because apparently there is something wrong with my dogs knees. My dog doesn’t have any trouble with her knees. It felt as though her main concern was for making money. I will be ever go back there again and it’s unfortunate because she is the only vet there I don’t like. Just be weary people. If you can avoid going here then I definitely would. Don’t see charli
