Disappointed with pricing. Rang for a product and was told it was $80 found it online for $30 including express postage. How can they justify such a high mark up. Finding a new vet asap

Don’t even bother your just giving the owner more money for his porsches. My dog had an ucler on his eye. Last time it cost me less than $120 to come and get the cream and have it checked this time they blind side me with $237 and I saw on the computer when I was in the room it was $135. So clearly $102 market for pure profit. The owner must love just taking people hard earned money to make sure there pets are looked after. Go elsewhere. This place has become one man’s greed to buy a porsche!

I could not speak more highly of this clinic. After a very bad experience at Greencross Morwell, we were amazed at how accommodating, thorough and caring the team at Traralgon Veterinary centre were.

Traralgon vet centre was amazing and helpful with our litter of 12 puppies, we had them all wormed, vaccinated, microchiped and vet checked, they were also reasonably priced and a pleasure to deal with, thanks guys 😊 we will be coming to you again

My dog Tank became very ill on Saturday night to a point he was unable to stand up, we spent 20 mins trying to find a clinic that was available after hours being a Saturday, after 5pm and with the snap lockdown announced we finally called Traralgon Veterinary Centre who said they could met us there within 10 mins. The vet was very kind to us and my dog she checked him over and ran bloods to give us a better picture of what was happening, then by some miracle he managed to stand up and start walking around the clinic, she gave us some electrolytes to give him at home and then called to check up on him on the Monday. Thank you for being so kind and caring he is back to his normal self now.

The staff at the Traralgon veterinary centre are very friendly and compassionate when dealing with my pets which I have 3 cats and 6 dogs in my extended family. We have had to have several of them hospitalised for some serious illnesses and they always do their very best to keep in touch and explain everything in a language which we understand. They never do anything without consultation l would recommend them to everybody who needs to have their pet cared for. I would also say a very big thank you To Teagan who has spent a lot time caring for 2 of my very ill pets and never has made me feel that I am waisting time or being annoying when I ring and ask questions. But once again thank you to all the staff for always being so caring and helpful we all appreciate it

My dog was in Labour on a Sunday and was struggling to push the last two pups out. Phoned on call Vet and John met me at the clinic straight away and he was able to safely deliver the last two pups. Very professional and am thankful to have the after hours option.

I was greeted by Maddie the vet who took me through to the consultation room. I have 2 cats and my dog of which she helped carry all animals in to the room. My dog is lame on a back leg and Maddie showed professional veterinary attention and knowledge to determine his condition. I was extremely impressed by her service and professionalism and knowledge throughout the consultation. She dealt very well with my cats who were squirming around for medication needles and worming tablets.

Outstanding after hours care for equine inquiries. Always on hand to ask any question, no matter how big or small. Very responsive and easy to contact. Excellent medical advice. Great treatment and recoveries of all horse and ponies treated through this Vet Group. Minimal cost – advises over phone instead of a call out wherever possible. Very happy, would recommend to any horsey people.

MONEY HUNGRY, INCOMPETENT and HEARTLESS
Helpful ReviewIf you love your animals AVOID Traralgon Veterinary Centre. They were baffled by the symptoms of a very common and fatal illness. No chance to say goodbye or to humanely euthanize when it was clear that the animal was dying whilst they milked as much money as they could.
Once again the disease is very common, so they are either incompetent or have no compassion for suffering animals or their heartbroken owner.

This practice is the best. I have dogs with high aggression traits with other animals. I was not judged on this and their staff worked with a solution focused mentally on how to provide care to my animals. I luv this place and would recommend them highly.

Great vet team but appauling customer service from some of recpetion team and just plain rude, I took my chihuahua there and turned out he had cancer and got put down I was distraught and the lady on reception was so rude and uncaring. Very money hungry and do not care about animals just profit very sad

I would like to thank Dr John & Haley and all at traralgon vet centre , I rushed my cat Louie to the clinic on Sunday evening 30/9 after ringing the after hours number I had never been to this vets before , the prompt care and attention my cat got was A1 , he was a very very sick cat his whole bladder was crystallized no longer passing urine and in a lot of pain , John gave medical attention straight away , my baby was not thought to make it due to how bad he was , but John and all at the clinic did not give up on him , the up to date medical equipment blood machines , x Ray and scan machines and the A1 knowledge they have saved him , they gave me updates on Louie twice daily , I was finally able to bring Louie home on Friday 5/10 in perfect health which would not have been possible without the care he received,, I cannot thank all at the center enough for Wat they done for Louie and the fee I was charged was next to nothing for the treatment Louie received

Worst vet i have ever had contact with, call regarding problems with my 4 week old chicken get told to come in and get a cream, after trying to talk to the rude lady at the counter about administering the cream that turns out i dont even need. Then calling back up and speaking to some bloke the wants to tell me if i dont bring the chicken in withing the 10 minutes befor they close it will die. Then has a go at me and hangs up. Poor effort!! You need to close your store if you have no interest in caring for animals. Will be the last time i use you guys for a sick animal.

Never goin back there. Ashley u need to learn to do ur job better. My dog goes in to get a needle n nails clipped n a rash checked out. U hand her bk dripping in blood cause u cut her paw😂 so angry. If she is a hard puppy to hlod down to cut her nails maybe u should have said u wont do it rather than just cut where u think u can get too. All of her nails look very short n uneven and she is walkin funny lickin at her paws. So angey at u. Learn to do ur job better
