Love my local petsmart love the new rewards system it will make me a more loyal customer. Store is clean my grands love coming to see all the different animals the store has from cats to fish

Overpriced and they offer specials on line and then say the item is out of stock. I then go to the physical store and they have plenty in stock and won’t honor the online price. I have tested this in person 4 times and its always the same. Greedy and deceitful – another big corporation that could care less about its customers and more about it profits. People are hurting in these hard times. SHAMEFUL!

All the groomers are great, especially Megan and Mel. Ask for either of them for a great grooming experience. I’ve not yet had my pup groomed by any other but its always been an amazing job done. They’re always grateful for the tips i give and my lil dude has never looked so great.
