Terrible service tonight by the practice manager, to abuse my partner over the phone when she was just trying to organize some medicine for our little pooch. They made it seem like my partner was in the wrong when in actual fact it was poor administration. You will be getting very bad service if you think this practice manager cares. Calling 3 times to organize dog medicine is no harassment. Will be following up this behavior with the clinics owners.

As an experienced animal carer and pet owner – I can confidently vouch for the excellent and high level of care that is given to each and every animal that is treated at Tugun Vet Surgery. These vets are genuinely invested in giving each animal the best possible treatment. Most recently, our dog was taken in for surgery to remove an invasive cancer. During the procedure the vets discovered a mass in the stomach and conducted additional scans and x-rays to assess this. It was all done at no extra charge to us – but simply in the best interests of our dogs welfare.

I had an emergency with my baby (Pomeranian) they took over with minutes left and helped get him to emergency to make it through surgery. All staff were giving their all to make sure he made it. They knew he wasn’t just another dog he was part of our family. The team went above and beyond and Karen is a superstar with knowing what to say and what to do in a crisis which is critical in times like these.

I run my old boy Charlie the Dachshund over in my driveway monday 26th Oct late afternoon I rushed him down and he was rushed out the back instantly after checking him out I was referred to the aes emergency in Carrara I can.t thank them enough the most friendly and helpful staff and great vets Thank you so much Charlie is at home bruised up and recovering no broken bones just stitches one very lucky old boy

Have taken every pet we have ever owned for decades. They are consistent with their care and love for our fur babies. They are the best vet in the Gold Coast and are extremely reasonably priced. They do not put your pet through any unnecessary treatment or tests for money like some other vet clinics do. I trust them with the lives of our pets and they have never let us down. We even take our 15 year old maltese down for her free nail cutting when it needs it. They are nothing but professional. Would never go anywhere else!

Absolutely amazing the level of care here is above and beyond . Having never seen me before they fit me in immediately after my dog experienced a suspected seizure . They ran all the blood tests while I waited and were so informative and caring I highly recommend them and will be using them as my primary vet from now on .

They are all fantastic from the young ladies that meet and greet you, even the other fur/babies etc, patients in the waiting room, all the way through to the vets and when you are walking out, you can at last breath again, as you have all been put to ease regards how soon it will be till your fur babies are up and about again!!
