Oh my Lord! I came into this petsmart today and got the best help I have ever gotten! Terrence was the most knowledgeable and nicest most helpful person I have ever encountered at any location to date! And I have been shopping here my entire life! Please give that man a raise he freaking deserves it!

I called for an appointment to have my dog bathed and teeth cleaned. As I arrived, I checked my dog in, and they “inspected him” before taking him in. Everything checked out, and I left to run errands. Not even 20 mins later they call me and say they can’t do so due to failure of inspecting him right upon arriving and them saying he needs to be shaved along with other stuff and I need to pick him up if he’s not getting other stuff done.
Helpful ReviewIt was very inconvenient for me. I had to drive back from where i was (which wasn’t close) and reschedule my things in order to pick my dog up. I won’t schedule here again.

I’ve been bringing my pugs here for multiple years and have had decent service. The last couple times that I brought them for their nail trim a bather named Marie has been extremely rough with both of my girls. When asked for another tech to do the girls nails today instead of Marie she got really rude as well as another tech that was grooming another dog. We were treated rudly for the remainder of the visit. I walked out to speak with management who seemed annoyed to be bothered as he was busy scrolling through Facebook. If you want your animls treated with care this grooming aite is not the best option if you actually care for your pets.
