We saw Dr Gretta for our cat’s FIP treatment. He’s now cured and going really well. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Turramurra vet as they’re very compassionate, organized and knowledgeable.

Edit 2022: I have moved on to another vet. My favourite veterinarian left and I found that the vets that were left were treating the disease, not the patient. Meaning they were repeatedly prescribing the same medication, despite me bringing up the concern that this was not helpful in the long term, and possibly perpetuating the issue (skin infections). *I feel I should clarify that I’m not against antibiotics, I used them for years as recommended but obviously they were not solving the issue in the long term and I was worried they could have been perpetuating the issues.* I was told that there were no other effective ways to treat the issue but I sought out a second opinion where my concerns were addressed and we were immediately offered other treatments to break the medication cycle and create a long term solution. That being said, I have no ill will towards this veterinary hospital and for most procedures they will be very helpful and you will have a good experience.

We’ve been taking our Bordoodle Ziggy to Dr. Olivia and the Turramurra Vet team since we welcomed in to our family. Both Dr. Olivia and the team are fantastic and genuinely appreciate that Ziggy is a member of our family by treating him with the utmost love and care. Not to mention the attention to detail and service is outstanding. Whilst we no longer live in the area, we will still make the trip as Ziggy love’s his visits there. Well done team and thank you for providing such a great experience!

Helpful ReviewI am not satisfied with the administration. We have requested several times to submit a claim to insurance company, and we have been asked and provided the policy number 3-4 times. However, they never submit it. Then, I submitted it by myself, and got the payment.
It is fine that I need to make a claim by myself, but there is a time that the insurance company request to submit consultation notes, but your team didn’t provide it to me even though I explained why. Your team said that you can only send it to the insurance company. I cannot understand. Because the insurance company advice that the Vet should be able to provide the record when we requested. So I decided to go to another hospital and they were happy to provide medical records and assist to submit claims immediately

If it wasn’t for the team at Turramurra Vet Hospital and their fast response with helping my dogs injuries i’m not sure if he would still be here today. First time using this veterinary hospital and we will be customers for life. All of the team were very kind, welcoming, attentive, thorough and informative. We were updated multiple times a day on how our fur baby was progressing after a very close call with a paralysis tick, which gave us a lot of peace of mind during a very stressful and uncertain time.

Our last dog, Ursula was cared for by Turramurra Vet Hospital for about 4 of her 8 years. She was a Great Dane with severe arthritis of her back legs. Although anxious about visits to the vet she became more confident because of the kindly way she was treated. 2 years ago she collapsed suddenly from a perforated bowel. Your vets were able to diagnose the problem quickly and then to transport her to an acute care vet practice where Ursula had life saving abdominal surgery which saved her life. Her survival was due to your vet’s immediate action. Ursula’s end of life care was delivered with great empathy by your vets at the end of last year. 2 days ago we adopted a 3yr old female greyhound called Molly. We had her first visit to your vet practice this am. Your staff were friendly and greeted Molly by name. Her ongoing veterinary care was efficiently sorted at this consultation, and we left with a management plan for Molly’s health care.
