They are raciest to cats, had three different appointments, they never seen the cat, and made arrangements from my job to get her there,and had to experience nothing but excuses,why she couldn’t be seen, will also cancel my insurance. $50 dollars a month for this type of treatment!!!!!!! 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

Excellent. Outstanding customer service and product availability. I love the fact that if you buy food for your dog or cat and they won’t eat it, you can return it with no problems. No other pet supply store does this. Also, PetSmart has been grooming my dog for 3 years with no problems.
