    I like, have to spend a min amount re delivery but have items I cant get everywhere and at a fair price with often some offers on. Only criticism is that although you earn points to get freebies I often lose out on this because they expire. Also sometimes I have to limit my basket as if the weight goes over certain amounts then get charged for delivery.

    Good though and best online retailer I have found for the regular items I need and that not everywhere stocks. been using for years now and recommend…Though they do not sell flea treatments etc.

    Been using zooplus for years shipping has always been fast and I feel prices are fair compared with elsewhere.
    Lots of variety and always buy things I didn’t intend to.
    The own brand toys are great value also their beds.
    Had a few problems with products especially salmon oil being packaged carelessly recently but customer service are always quick to respond. Unfortunately it was again sent the same way and no apology but they tried.
    Other than that I would recommend zooplus and always return

    I have been using Zooplus for many years. I am impressed with the consistency of their general service and usual speed of deliveries. In particular they are helpful when things go wrong and things don’t go according to plan. I feel I can rely on them. Their prices are generally more competitive too.

    I order quite regularly from Zooplus for dog and cat food. Mostly completely hassle and trouble free. I did have a split cat food bag arrive once, which was replaced without issue free of charge once I reported it to them. I did have a defective dog treat bag also, which I sent them a return & refund request about via the website which sadly went unanswered. As it was only worth a couple of pounds I’m not overly bothered, but I can understand why people might get very annoyed if this happened with more significant and costly items. I have deducted 1 star for this reason.

    Everything is working smoothly, until you need to wait at least 2-3 days for your payed parcel!

    Zooplus is working with the worst delivery company ever! (DPD)

    The first 2 orders were left at the ground floor, without no proof of delivery, even if the service is door to door and the address was given correct with the apartment from the 2nd floor.

    Now, the 3rd order, was processed on 28th of August and I still wait for the payed parcel.

    The crazy driver, added an exception that nobody was home, even if I took a free day from work and stood in house the hole day.

    I called them and reschedule the delivery for today, and got their confirmation. Guess what? I called them again today, and they said that the parcel will be delivered tomorrow.

    No more orders because of DPD!!!

    PS: DPD is delivering the wet food with no controlled temperature car, so it can be good to trow in the garbage because of this (in Bucharest, we have at least 35 degrees outside…inside a car, it can raise up to 50).
