Beware, this Pet Dumb charges you for things you do not want. The vet service charges you even though you say you do not want the services, and then when you complain they tell you you signed for the service. If you don’t sign you do no get service. Do not sign until they explain every detail of the service. Do not let them trick you!

Went into grooming to get my pup a nail trim, when I encountered the girl named Jessica at grooming she was very rude and told me I had to wait 20 minutes, which I didn’t mind at first, but what bothered me was that for about 10 minutes I saw her on her personal cell phone texting and just fooling around. 😡

Good place to get everything you need for your pet but make sure you check online to see if something is on sale so you can price match because the store for some reason doesn’t have the same specials.

PetSmart’s customer service is severely lacking, both over the phone and in person. During my visit, the cashier rushed through my purchase, charging me for items I didn’t intend to buy. When I questioned the high price, she dismissively replied that it adds up quickly. They refused to accommodate a handicapped elderly woman in need of a shopping cart, displaying a complete lack of empathy and respect. If you or your loved ones are disabled or elderly, I strongly recommend seeking a more compassionate and helpful establishment.

The price is high there. The service wasn’t that great. Looking for someone to help you can’t find nobody. There’s a line at the cash register. There is enough parking place there. The place is clean. They have neat stuff there to shop. The neighborhood is good.
