I came to The Vet Lounge after months fights my dogs illness and spending thousands of dollars at another vet with no results. The Vet Lounge correctly diagnosed, quickly medicated and ultimately solved my dogs problem. My dog is now healthy and his medical issues are stable. Highly recommend.

The Vet Lounge Coomera are some of the most friendly and caring staff ever. No matter which vet you see; they are always understanding, interact with your pet.. even taking their time with the timid ones and you never feel rushed.

I had several emergency visits with both my dogs just before Christmas and before New Year. My usual vet was closed for annual holidays. Was so grateful to be seen, reassured and have both my dogs treated and fully recover. The vets are thorough, communicated with empathy and explained costs prior to treating. Reception staff were great when taking my calls and also reassuring as well as effectively triaging my dogs. Very happy outcomes and will return for routine visits. Thanks

Unfortunately both my cat and dog have not faired well here. Both have presented with health issues that still exist after I spent over $8,000. Been told ooops, then we need to check something else. I have never been charged for a 50c size shave to look at a pimple. Was charged $58 for this. Goodbye. Hope you enjoy your new car.

I took my Rottweiler girl to The Vet Lounge and she’s not always the best with other dogs, they made sure that they put her straight in the room and then when I come out they made sure that she was fine just to go back just for everyone safety they handle absolutely brilliantly also The Vet handled my girl very well and I was very impressed with the service absolutely highly recommend them

Dr Fiona has been treating my 12 year old Bengal for a thyroid condition. She has always been polite, friendly and extremely caring for my little girl Keetah. Dr Fiona always takes into consideration the amount of stress Keetah is being put under, she really understands Bengals. I honestly am so relieved to have found such a wonderful caring vet. The girls at reception are always friendly and ready to help. I can not recommend the Vet Lounge highly enough and express my gratitude and satisfaction in the treatment my girl receives

The Vet Lounge is a professional and fabulous surgery.
Dr Rob and Melanie always take fantastic care of Sammy and Sasha. Nothing is ever a problem, they have made themselves available at a moments notice, showing concern for my fur babies well-being.
Follow up care is 5 star. Phone calls to make sure they are ok and responding to treatment.
I really love all the staff and the fact that they care for my puppies as much as we do. Recommend 10/10

I have loved both experiences I have had at this vet. First with my senior kitty and again with our new little kitten, all staff are so so friendly and you can tell they really care about each and every animal that comes in. Always offering great advice and was very impressed with how they handled things with my senior kitty who is usually very nervous by nature. Her usual encounters with unknown people have resorted to hissing and unfriendliness but literally had no squirms at all when she came to this vet. They helped make her feel safe and I could tell she felt calm as anything whilst being examined.

Very happy with the professionalism of this vet! The ladies at the front desk were very kind and inviting throughout our visit. Dr Winnie was amazing and took great care of my 9 year old cat who has been unable to walk/eat for the last few days. After X-rays and bloods, we were given a pain management plan and pain relief medication for her which has already got her up and moving again after day one. Cannot recommend this vet enough!! Thanks so much again!! 💞

We have used the Vet Lounge as both a Vet and Cattery for a few years now. We have had such a fabulous experience that we want to highly recommend both. Our Cats love the cattery as their second home and are always happy to go there and very settled on their return.
