aside from 1 particular employee whom somewhat acts like they’re the most important person on earth its a nice clean store. they’re one of the only places that carry prescription dog food. most of the time they have the brand I need(ZD). They’ll even hold a bag of food for you for 24hours.

Went here for puppy training. Trainer was absolutely amazing with her enthusiasm for pets and making it fun for not only the pups but for the puppy parents. 100% would recommend for dog training.

Not impressed. Manager doesn’t take responsibility for his store. Banfield hospital likes to play games. They don’t seem to know if and when they will be open. I went in and had the ma’am card pulled. Sad. Really hope to find a better place to shop

The pet hotel was not to my liking. They expected my 11 year old dog to pee indoors on a puppy pad as my dog only knows how to go potty outdoors as any adult dog in which I was not aware of until I picked up my dog. I paid extra for more human time with my dog but I’m unsure if this even happened as there wasn’t a description on this in his report or my Petsmart account. All I got was 2 pictures of my dog emailed to me the day before I picked my dog up. My dogs bed that I provided was damp and wet from the employees “cleaning it”. I had to re-clean the bed as it smelled horrible. The report card they give you when you pick up your pet is just a check box questionnaire that isn’t personal to your animal. Not a good personal pethotel I was expecting.
