I drove up to an empty parking lot. I said to my husband “lets go drop some mula”
Helpful ReviewThe store was clean and appealing. I asked for help twice and was pointed in a direction. I did not find what I was looking for. We are adopting a puppy tomorrow and in need of cage. Play pen, dog beds, bowls, leash and harness. Food. Blankies.
I walked out of the store spending $16 and annoyed why I couldn’t find someone to help. Because they were all in the front chatting. I bought everything on AMAZON. Thanks to the ladies who don’t want to do their job. The one gentleman was helping customers and wasn’t available.

Had a bad experience with the grooming staff, Rachel B and the manager. They did want to attend and take in our dog due to saying he didn’t have proper vaccinations when in reality he did have all the required ones. We adopted him from Hillsborough County Pet Resource center and they are required to vaccinate ALL dogs before the final adoption phase. This made me feel that they did not want to take my rescue dog and they are not being inclusive. They were also rude and did not give us any type of help. Will not be coming back due to this poor service.

Just got a puppy (🫣) and got a quick baptism into the prices of things, food, toys etc. I DID learn that if you find an item you want online, PetSmart will honor that in the store! A 4 pack of chew bones was $14.99 in store but $7.99 online, plus the store had buy one get one 25% off so we got that too!!! We went back and got two more bags at that price. They carry just about every dog food you can think of. I like this place!

Worst experience at this location with Rachel B and team. They mistreated my puppy. My pup is nervous and they are supposed to be experts and trained to deal with a nervous pup in the cut and bath. They left it all badly cut hair.
At first they called me saying that they couldn’t handle him and they intended to give me half of his hair cut, full of poop and wet.
in the end they cut his hair SUPER BAD is a Cocker Spaniel.
In the end, my dog ended up bleeding from his nose.
The worst experience for anyone that there dog is a child. Don’t take him there and even less with someone who has absolutely no idea what his job is.
and also. The manager didn’t know or had any idea how to handle the situation. Terrible. They need better training or change staff.

Ordered online. It ended up being split between 2 stores without notification. Spoke with the “manager” who was a short young woman with an attitude. Her solution was to state that I didn’t order $70 of food, where is my receipt, and once she saw that it was placed at a different store, she told me that was where I ordered it so I needed to go pick it up there. I explained how online ordering worked. She stated they must not have it in stock. Wouldn’t go check or offer a refund and different product. Major attitude. We have shopped here for years. Never again.
