Astrid did a great job with Butters’s hair. My dog Butters has fear aggression and I never took him to get professionally groomed before and had always cut his hair crudely myself. Astrid was very patient with Butters, at one point she said he was very jumpy when she tried to trim his leg hair and she would rather not traumatize him — which I appreciate how she cares for his mental health! Eventually he allowed his legs to be trimmed. He looks like a different dog! Below is a before vs after.

I called in advance to ask if they could do a specific grooming service for my cat and they told me they could on the call. When I got there, it turns out they actually don’t do the service I specifically asked them about. A 30 min car drive there and having to deal with the stress of transporting a young cat only for nothing to show for it. The groomer herself was friendly.

Toman demasiado tiempo por un grooming que es aproximadamente de 2-3 horas. Los tienen separados en jaulas por 4-6 horas y te disen que porque es inquietante el perrito. Es primer vez en este Store, No vuelvo a llevar a este salón a mi perrita. No son profesionales, sino saben controlar a un perro inquieto, no son lo suficientemente profesionales, ellos se estresan ya de solo oír la máquina de corte, y el baño más!!! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Do not go to this store to groom your dog. I took my Husky to be groomed and they messed up her fur. they did not wash her fur properly and did not dry it and now her undercoat is badly matted and she may need to be shaved. i gave them instruction and they assured me they knew how to groom/handle a husky.

I took my very first dog (GSD) for training as a puppy. We both learned a lot! Now she’s 6 years old and we still love to go. The parking is huge so there’s room for u to take out big dogs from your car and everyone is super friendly. I also take her for grooming bcuz the price is great and they always do an amazing job. Great Place 👍🏻

This is a bit of a mixed bag. I had to return something that was purchased at another Petsmart (a far away location) and this store refused to take it, in violation of their own store policies. Went through a lot of headaches with calling customer service, filing reports, etc. (it was a $100+ item). Then Tony, who I assume is the store’s senior manager, called me and made it right. He took the item back and compensated me for all the trouble with a store credit. I’ll leave his name out but the first manager I spoke to, who denied the return, said that this store regularly refuses to accept online returns or returns from other stores. So I would avoid going to this store for those types of returns but I have to give Tony credit for making it right after all the time wasted on this. Tony is great but hopefully Petsmart will provide a little more training to the employees here.
