I called ahead to see if they had pet rats, seeing as I was coming from Porterville and wanted to be sure. Drive the close to 40min there to discover that they don’t. Thanks Petsmart!

The woman cashier at the entrance was a very rude & inappropriate employee. She didn’t greet anyone but sure yelled at people coming in & was forcing people to put on used choke collar/leashes, which is very unsanitary & can cause health risks to other animals. She claimed they wash them but they have a limited amount of them & she handed the already used ones to another person who had just entered with his dog’s.

I can find most of what my furry and fin kids need here. If they don’t have it, staff has always offered to help me order it or what day they expect a shipment. And at least in my local store, I never have to look far, for assistance.

So I’ve went to this place a few times and I never had any complaints before but this time the my Frenchie got a different groomer (new girl serviced her) she cut her nails so short that she started bleeding didn’t tell me anything about it I had to find out when I was giving her a bath later that night I am beyond pissed and will be going to the vet on what I can do legally and medically she didn’t even tell me is a hell no
