Disappointing service. Every time I do curbside I have to leave my car and go inside and get my items. Meanwhile the associates are visible from the front and oblivious to the customer waiting

My family visited the store over the weekend looking for a kitten. The store associate was very accommodating and assisted use through the process. We went in looking for one kitten and ended up getting two. We are very happy with the adoption process.

The staff and manages at PetSmart were and are always coustey, attentive, knowledgeable and willing to assist me with my needs at any cost. Moreover, they treated my pet as though he was their own. In my opinion they are there the best. I give them a 5 star rating.

I took my cato to have her nails trimmed. We waited 15 minutes for service and the service took 10-15 minutes. It was a quick and friendly visit. The technicians are very careful and caring… and the dog seemed not to mind the presence of a cat in the spa. It was a positive experience and very reasonably priced. We will return. I should add that my cat is 19 years old and can be hissy with strangers at times but she was perfectly fine.

I normally do not visit these stores, Petco/PetSmart, but I’m so happy that I visited this store this morning July 8, 2023. The staff was absolutely amazing from the time I walked in I was greeted with a smile and she honestly meant it. The store was so clean. There was no piles of waste in corners, and minor urine if any.
Helpful ReviewThe staff blew me away with their knowledge of birds, dogs, fish, and lizards which I have all of. Ms. Shelly, amazing and so kind with me. Mr. Kevin W. seriously escorted me to every area I ask about and discussed the benefits of each product. He was unbelievable patient and gentle with his delivery of knowledge and recommendations. He literally spent about 30+ mins with me and I did not feel like he was annoyed or frustrated with all of my questions. I am fairly new to Waldolf, but this is my new favorite place for my pet needs.
This was the best customer service that I’ve gotten since before the pandemic.
