I went in to get a pet I filled out all paperwork had the cash they asked waited for a call didn’t get approved there reason it was going to be a gift to my grandkids.not I was not happy I went shopping got it what it need.the pet would get lots of love in a very good home never will go there again

I don’t understand why a pet store would sell rabbit pellets with seeds in it. Seeds can kill your rabbit. Petsmart please be better about what your market as safe and healthy for pets.
If you are reading this— stick to Timothy hay based pellets without all the extra stuff if your bunny is older than 1 year old. And if they are younger then Alfalfa based pellets without seeds and all the extra stuff.

I love this place. It is my go to location. I used to go more often when my cat, Whiskers, needed to be groomed as she was too arthritic to clean herself. Monica was always so nice to my little old lady. She passed back in February but I still come by to get the other cats their favorite kibble and wet food.
