Review Summary

Here's a summary of the most recent reviews on The Pet Community
Cat Kingdom Enclosures delivers consistently positive feedback from customers who praise the sturdy, well-made cat enclosures, the thoughtful planning and easy installation, and the joy their cats show in safe outdoor spaces like catios, fortresses and tunnels. Reviewers describe reliable, friendly service and good value for money, with cats quickly taking to the new spaces and owners gaining peace of mind. There is one note of a Melbourne-area quote and communication hiccup, but the overall consensus remains enthusiastic and strongly supportive of recommending Cat Kingdom Enclosures.

I would highly recommend Cat Kingdom Enclosures for your cat run needs; we had a fairly complicated cat run made by Michael and it turned out fantastic… great workmanship; and our cat loves it.

A couple of weeks ago I enquired by phone about having an enclosure produced and installed by Cat Kingdom Enclosures and spoke with Michael who early on in the call expressed his reluctance to come my way (NE suburb of Melbourne) as they are based in Wandin North and that if he forgot anything then he would have to make another trip-so it was essentially time consuming for him. Rather than just say “No” to doing a quote for me he talked much more how he would install the enclosure etc. which got my hopes up. He then requested me to text him my measurements and required cat enclosure and email address so he could provide me a quote. So I did and I never heard from him. Michael, your company’s website advertises that they install in Melbourne. Don’t advertise this if you can’t back it up. Disappointed with your lack of professionalism and transparency. Although I have yet to find a place that has a suitably sized cat enclosure and install for my cats, I enquired with Cat Works and they were incredibly helpful. I would recommend Cat Works just on their help over the phone and definitely not Cat Kingdom Enclosures.

I’m happy with my new cat enclosure. I have had my entire backyard covered in with a netting setup. The piece of mind I have knowing that my fur baby Sassy is in a safe space getting fresh air and attacking the spiders and flies, not the birds or butterflies is pure magic. This enclosure has changed our lives, thanks Michael for your help

The catio is great – our newly adopted rescue took to it immediately. The support to make sure we got the right fit out for our needs was much appreciated as was the quality of installation. Couldn’t be happier.

We’re very happy with the cat enclosure that Michael from Cat Kingdom Enclosures made for our daughter’s two cats. On our first visit Michael explained the various options available and patiently answered all our questions. Once we’d made a decision, the enclosure we ordered was completed and ready for pickup within the specified 3 weeks. It came with detailed instructions, was easy to erect, is sturdy and well-made and good value for money. I highly recommend Cat Kingdom Enclosures to anyone wanting a safe, long-lasting cat enclosure.

Michael was very helpful and informative from the initial planning right thru to the execution of the enclosure. His meticulous attention to detail means I ended up with a strong, safe and secure cat palace for my girl. She loves going out sitting in the sun and watching the many birds and the occasional wandering cat. I am sure she pokes her tongue out at the cats saying “you can’t get me” (and the birds are safe as well).
It was fun for me too, decorating the enclosure.
Thanks again Michael and Cat Kingdom. Highly recommended.

Nothing was too much trouble for Michael when installing my fabulous cat enclosure. My two cats soon began using the day bed and the two litter boxes out there. Best investment ever.

I had a cat enclosure installed back in 2009. I have recently moved and had Michael dismantle it for. Once I was settled he came to reinstall it for me. I am very happy with the service I have had with Cat Kingdom Enclosures. I will be recommending them to all my family and friends. You can’t go wrong.
