Nicklin Way Veterinary Surgery (NWVS), located on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, is independently owned by two local veterinarians, Dr Doug Gray and Dr Hazel Gray.
Established in 1989, NWVS has grown with the times and offers everything that you may need for the health and wellbeing of your pets.

We accomplish this by educating our clients about their pet’s condition and offering the best possible treatment as our first option. Our pets needs are met and so are our clients. We believe prevention of disease is better than cure, and provide personalised health care programmes for your furry, feathered or scaled family members.

I’ve been bringing my two cats to Nicklin Way Vet Surgery for the last year to have routine haircuts. After our most recent visit, we discovered one of our cats had a rare illness. Nicklin Way Vet Surgery addressed the issue straight away and started treatment, going above and beyond by contacting medical specialists in Brisbane to find the best solution to treat a potentially deadly virus. Since then, with ongoing treatment and routine check-ups scheduled for the next year, she’s on the mend. We’re so fortunate to have met with the vets and caught the virus early enough to save her life. A huge thank you to Stacey and Craig for their assistance with Cairo.

It pays to shop around.
Quoted over $1500, found a local vet at 1/3 the price.
Helpful ReviewI guess higher overheads come into play being on a main road, but the quote always seem exceeisve. Procedure is now complete with the other Vet surgery.
I guess the majority of people get complaciant when it comes to health care, but just like any other business service, it pays to shop around.

We had a very poorly cat who had a massive abscess on a public holiday! We expected the worst but our vet treated our cat well and she made a full recovery. So impressed with the bed-side manner and actual treatment of our cat. Thank you so much. Would definitely recommend

I recently went here after having been mucked around a little by another vet, and the lady we saw (I don’t remember her name) was absolutely phenomenal!! I had a few issues to go over and she took the time to really help me with everything, and wasn’t just trying to get me to buy a heap of things (like other vets have done before). The front desk ladies were also super great as well! Lovely practice, thanks guys!! We’ll be back 💕💕

Our dog went missing this afternoon and was dropped off at Nicklin Way Vet Surgery. Out of their own time they proactively contacted us, and we were able to pick him up. Will be using this vet in the future to say thanks for their assistance in getting the kid’s pup back at home.
