Big Thanks to Dr Wiseman on picking up on our Staffy problem and doing your best to get her in for surgery asap. Thanks to Dr Florens and the team for performing the surgery an pull Shadow through it. Very happy with the entire team at Warnbro vet, With the bill to come in well under the minimum of the quote state was very appreciated. Shadow is now home and happy again. Thanks to all involved. Hope you all have a great Xmas.

Misdiagnosed my cat and now she has been put down. Went twice to them concerned for her health and all they did was tell me it was stress grooming, she ended up having a huge tumour in her stomach. Not once did they offer a blood test or further investigation into why she was unwell in the first place. Extremely devastated!

Warnbro Veterinary Hospital
You had not brought your dog in to see us since December 2019 until you presented your dog to us on 24 April 2021. The veterinarian who examined your dog on 24 April provided you with a full range of treatment options. You requested the same medication that Dr Bruce had given your dog in the past. This same medication was provided, the only difference being that the manufacturer of this medicine now makes the injectable at twice the strength as was the case previously and as such the injection that your dog was given was half the volume than what would have been given historically. This appears to be the basis of your complaint. We received no contact from you until 18 May when you called the Hospital twice and spoke to two of our nursing staff, the second of whom you were rude and abusive towards. Subsequently our veterinarians have tried repeatedly to contact you, but you have neither answered nor returned any of the calls.

The team at Warnbro vet has been looking after my pets since I was a child and they are amazing. From general visits, day surgeries, emergencies and unfortunate pet departures they have been so helpful. They are always clean, we never have to wait long, always greeted with a smile, my pets get enough treats that their not left traumatized 🤣 and their prices are always reasonable.

I would sincerely like to thank Ralene Fok and the kind and caring vet nurse, Kayla, who both carried out the pain free service of my beautiful Scamp, where comfort and sympathy to not only my fur baby, but also to myself and my dad, came first. The overwhelming distressing sensation of having my boy peacefully put to sleep whilst on my lap, and being told everything before, during and after has made the first time experience as supportive and loving as possible, including being given pamphlets on funeral and counselling info, as well as offering paw prints. My loving boy had been coming to this clinic for 7 years and I truly want to acknowledge the sincere professionalism and personal, genuine, heartfelt nature of the staff who have displayed this behaviour consistently, even until yesterday when it was time to say goodbye to beautiful Scamp. He will be missed with lots of love and memories. 🐕 Cavoodle breed, aged 11. 🌹
