    We adopted a cat in late October and we were very happy since he’s been there 3 years to bring him to a good home. The shelter volunteer was very nice and helpful and loved the cats.however since bringing our cat home, our cat has worms, constant diarrhea and a respiratory problem ;at first we thought it was nervousness or change in environment but it hasn’t gone away even after meds. So now we have to take him to the vet, so before you adopt be aware you might have to take your cat to the vet .

    It’s a pet store. What’s not to like. Always have the treats I like my dog and cats. The toys they have there are cute and I want to get them all even if they don’t play with them.

    Most reviews I see say your fish are dead but I won’t tell the authorities if you give me a free fish maybe 2 of your black fantail goldfish and moor and maybe some small koinobori breeds

    The staff was wonderful they suggested items to try for my pets itching and licking. So far my pets not licking as much she’s still itching in figure out will take a couple of days to get in here system. Thanks PetSmart. I’ll be back I love the lay out of the store..

    THEY PRICE MATCH! Just search an item online and show it to the cashier on your phone and they will match the price from any reputable online site, not just limited to their direct competition like pet supplies plus does. This saves us literally, hundreds of dollars per month with the 11 and now 15 cats and kittens that we rescue. Wish they would allow more lenient adoption from smaller organizations on-site though.

    In June I bought an alge eater that they didn’t tell me was sick. I went home put him in the tank with all 40 of my guppy babies and 6 adult guppies. I went out of town for 2 days came back and ALL of them except 2 were dead from ICK. The thing is they/ Pet Smart knew it and sold it to me anyway. I bred those babies just to have all of them die because Pet Smart wanted the money more.
    It’s a late post because I am just that upset. Never buy fish there again. I should have treated the water anyway before hand but who knew????????? Alge eaters have white spots on em already.

    PetSmart’s policy says that there is a 14 day return policy. (Yes, this includes dead fish.) As long as you have a receipt or have your payment looked up. This is the policy, but I purchased a fish that cost $3.99 cent on September 21, 2023, and the fish died on September 25, 2023. I went into the store to return the fish, but i was unable to locate my receipt. The cashier stated without a receipt they would not be able to refund or exchange the fish because they would not be able to verify proof of purchase. Unfortunately, when I purchased the fish, the cashier did not sign me up for the rewards program, therefore, when my phone number was entered there was no proof of purchase. I stayed in the store for all of 30 minutes, while she contacted the manager, and the managers, manager, etc. All the while she’s pretending to tap away at the keys on the register as if she doesn’t know how to ring up a return without a receipt present. Asking me to enter my name in the system, Over and Over and Over again. Determined to not allow me to return the dead fish. I thought? Would she be treating me this way if I were her Mother? I am a 60-year-old elderly woman. Who took the time to get in my car, walking on my knees, bone on bone, burn my gas, to drive all the way to PetSmart to beat them out of $3.99 dam cent?? REALLY!!! Or is this how they treat Blacks? Thinking that all of us are trying to get something for Free? Like I really got the time to assassinate fish to bring back to collect $3.99 cent!!! Thank God this little white guy working there told her to let him handle it. He processed the return in 30 seconds. Selected the return option without a receipt on the cash register and I was out the door. Its petty but I have filed a complaint with the PetSmart Corporate Office, in Phoenix AZ and I have contacted the District Manager “Bob Mason” about Jennifer the Manager and her Rxxxxx Crew. I spend hundreds of dollars, in that PetSmart and the fact of the matter is. They know me. I have 100Gallon Fish Aquarium and I’m there every week getting tips and buying Fish. They watch all Blacks, so I know they know me.
