Reviewed on GoogleThrough many ups and downs with my furbaby Ralphie, the beautiful staff and vets stood by us. I am more then greatful for the care and genuine consideration for my Ralphie. I cannot thank them enough for the time they spent when I lost him and the time they let me spend saying goodbye and not ushering me out asap. I want to add a massive thank to Coralyn, you really helped make my darkest day a little brighter with the compassion and care you gave me, Thank You.

Reviewed on GoogleWe had an emergency, and they were the only ones open, very professional, explained everything to us, and recommended we take our baby girl to the toowoomba tedvets 24/7 emergency. She called ahead and let them know we were coming. Everything worked out fantastically but could not fault the town and country vets service provided.

Reviewed on GoogleHi guys,
Helpful ReviewI just wanted to reach out and say a very big thank you to your whole team. I put my absolute darling girl Holly down recently at your clinic and I received a condolences card in the mail this week that although mad me cry, made me feel love and cared for. Thank you for the understanding, caring and loving nature that both I and Holly received that day, I will never forget it. Much love and admiration, Jayde

Reviewed on GoogleThis wonderful place I visited with my almost 17 year old diabetic cat.
Helpful ReviewIt was wonderful to see a very familiar and wonderful smile of Vanessa.
This was her first vet and has moved around Qld but has now come back home.
There are a lot of smiling and caring staff and I could not recommend them more. So much local knowledge.

Reviewed on GoogleWorst Vets. Worst receptionist. Red haired lady. Explained my financial situation and how worried we were about the cat. Asked for options to help our cat. She Turned extremely condescending immediately. Offered no advice. Very rude. Said I would need 350 minimum. Said I should have money if I have a pet. Gave me nasty looks. I can not believe in these financial times in our local area that warwick town and country vets would hire someone so rude and judgemental. And if you are a vet lady….shame on you. Shame on you. Horrible I would give one stars if it was an option. Find an alternative like I have, is my advice.

Reviewed on GoogleTook my cat there for his annual vaccination, I asked the vet if she could worm him as well. She asked if he goes outside and does he eat lizards, to which I answered he does go outside but not sure if he eats lizards. She said he should be wormed for tapeworm just in case, I said yes. She then weighed him to check his weight against the amount of tablets, his weight is 6.43kgs, the tapeworm tablets are 1 tablet per 10kgs. The vet gave him 3 full tablets which overdosed him. He became lethargic and he was quite unsteady on his feet. I phoned the vet to advise what had been done and was told that if he was poisoned he’d have been much sicker. The lady I spoke to asked if he’d fallen out of a tree(he hadn’t). She suggested I take him back there so they could assess what was wrong with him. I declined as they had poisoned him, given him 3 times the correct dosage and said that if I did take him I would not be paying as they poisoned him. There was no empathy or apology forthcoming. I would be very careful if you use this vet as they can be careless.

Reviewed on GoogleIf you come across any injured wildlife, I highly recommend Warwick Town and Country Vets.
Helpful ReviewI took an injured possum in to them for treatment and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I was given a clear explanation of the process with injured wildlife.
The possum will be brought back to my place after some time with Maryvale Wildlife Carers.
