It’s really hard finding a good groomer.🤦🏾♀️ I had an appointment today and this is one of thee worst haircut my baby received today. It looked like a child was playing with scissors on my baby.😟 Her entire face is uneven. Her back area isn’t clean shave/cut. She had uncut hair from her paws, which I had to point out. 😠

Siempre había tenido muy buena referencia de este lugar, el personal muy amable y puedo decir que si tratan muy bien a nuestra familia canina, pero lamentablemente la ultima visita salí muy descontenta, entiendo que tienen sus normas o pilizas pero creo que si hubieran querido talvez hubieran podido ayudarme.ellos cobran una multa si uno llega a recoger tarde a sus mascotas pero se supone que si le dan una hora a uno que los mas tarde es a las 6 entonces uno puede hacer sus planes y llegar antes o a las 6 empunto ellos no pueden simplemente llamar y decir vamos a cerrar antes y así que tiene que venir a las 5 . Yo llegue 5.10 y la cantidad que me cobraron por cada mascota fue inconsiderable, no voy a decir cuánto por motivos de seguridad pero sinceramente yo no soy una persona que voy a disgustarme por cualquier cosa pero esta vez si me pareció que fue un abuso porque el cobro fue mas de lo que tuve que pagar por la visita. Además porque dan la opción de uno poner la hora que uno puede recoger a su mascota si en realidad no toman en cuenta eso ? Yo había puesto de recoger a mis perritos a la 1 pm y después simplemente se les hizo fácil basarse en sus pólizas para cobrarme esa cantidad tan exagerada. Tengo más de 6 años llevando a mis mascotas ahí creo que ellos deben de valorar y tomar en cuenta eso porque creo que hubieran podido hacer una excepción , no digo de no cobrar nada pero si haber cobrado menos porque sinceramente eso dejó mucho que decir en mi opinión. Espero que no le pase esto a nadie más.

I don’t suggest you get your dogs hait cut here. I spent $100 and my dogs hair is still long and the cuts are jagged and uneven!! I only used this Groomer as a back up. I will never do that again!! If you want to see an excellent Groomer go to Bubbles & Bath in Maplewood. Petsmart is a waste of money!!! Don’t do it!!

This I one of the most over worked, and dysfunctional Banfields I have ever visited. Their vets always change and getting through to the front desk is hard on a good day. If you leave them a voice-mail they rarely call back. And the dental hygienist quit, but they did not let us know, cancelling the appointment without ever calling. Go anywhere else.

After two times of being with Tina i did not want to come back here to her rude and disgusting behavior. Luckily this time we booked with Danielle and she was such a sweetheart and treated my boy with care. To top it off he looks AMAZING. Best cut he’s gotten by far. Still don’t get why management chooses to keep someone so difficult like Tina around. My advice to anyone booking, choose Danielle!!!

Bought a bag of 18 lb of Purina Pro Plan dog food and it had moth larvae in it. Had to throw out the bag of food (petsmart sent me a $40 gift card after calling the customer service number) and I had to throw out my air tight container due to contamination. Below review also had a similar issue.

Have been coming here for about six months for various items for our new puppy. Bought a bag of purina proplan that was contaminated with dead bugs and spider webs. They took care us right away and made the process very smooth. Obviously situation wasn’t their doing, but very much appreciated their willingness to step up and rectify the issue on behalf of the manufacturer. Store clerk and manager were pleasant and very understanding of the situation.

I took my dog for a bath and cut, I answered all questions about specifics on length of hair, tail, ears, they didn’t listen, but I understand haha, anyway my dog came out okay, next time I’d probably cut it myself.
